Population ageing, however, brings about serious economic and social problems. When the number of workers decreases, the national income goes down. At the same time, as a person's use of health services increases significantly in the later years of their life, an ageing population causes a relative rise in the public resources required for pensions, health and residential care outlays. Moreover, with an ageing population, the problems associated with the “sandwich generation”， people who have both children and parents to look after, have gained increasing prominence. Members of this “in-between” generation are often torn between the needs of raising children, caring for ageing parents and job responsibilities. To sum up, population ageing is an inevitable prospect, the negative effects of which outweigh the positive. As ageing is a normal part of lifecycle for human beings, we must recognize its challenges to our life and society, and work on effective strategies to minimize its adverse influences.

　　奶奶一向勤俭持家。每当夜幕降临的时候，奶奶从里屋走到外屋，总是先把里屋的灯关掉，再到外屋打开灯。我在奶奶呵护下，从一个襁褓中的婴儿懵懵懂懂的逐渐长大。我在咿呀学语中懂得大人们的话了，开始学着吃饭了，因为小孩子淘气、贪玩而顾不得吃饭。奶奶把我搂进怀里讲着让我至今记忆犹新的故事,“从前呀，有一个人不好好吃饭，他吃饭的时候时常剩饭，后来挨家挨户去讨饭。一天，讨饭的碰到了一个老和尚。讨饭的问老和尚，为什么自己会讨饭呢。老和尚告诉他说，因为他糟蹋粮食太多了，要把他扔的粮食要回来……。”从那以后我知道了珍爱粮食。

　　家里墙上的那只老挂钟的滴答声陪伴着我长大。那年刚刚实行家庭承包责任制。在那时谁家能吃上一顿丰盛的饺子，那是很让一家人欢畅的事。一天中午，我家包了一顿饺子，这时来了外地一家三口讨饭的。我的母亲给了他们几个馒头，他们的孩子要吃我们的饺子。嘴馋的哥哥和我很是不愿意，非要把他们赶走。奶奶呵斥着我们，端给他们一小盆儿香喷喷的肉饺子，那孩子吃的很是高兴。奶奶告诉我们：“有饭送给饥人，有话送给知人。要让人可怜见，不要人不待见。对人要学会忍让，要有同情心。”当时的我还不能够理解这句话，随着时间的推移，我逐渐理解了这句话的真正意义。人生在世能几时，世事难料，人在难处拉一把，谁又能够对自己的人生禅透。

　　曾记得，我才上学时，因为睡懒觉，时常顾不上吃早饭，奶奶总是要用饭盒子为我装上饭送到学校。母亲因为奶奶对我的过于溺爱，而着急。奶奶说：“人是铁，饭是钢，一顿不吃饿得慌。孩子正是长身子骨的时候可不能饿着。”每当夜幕降临的`时候，因为我贪玩，远远地听到奶奶呼唤孙儿的声音，透过那迷茫的黑夜传到我的耳边……。

　　夕阳落尽，黑夜降临了，天的一角零星的挂着星星，路边的草丛间的小虫鸣叫着，我走在那熟悉的不能再熟悉的阡陌小路上，快要到家的时候，远远地看到家那点昏黄的灯光，觉得自己的心出奇的*静。每当我到家的时候，远远地望见在家的胡同口，恍恍惚惚的站着一个子矮小的人，那是奶奶等待孙儿的归来。

　　我考入了大学，参加了工作。记得在我参加工作的头一天晚上，奶奶拉着我的手，激动地笑着：“孩子，以后成公家的人了。要记住‘光看贼挨打，不看贼吃饭’，要知足，不攀富，这人呀，有吃有喝有穿，就是福。每天，从你手下经过上万成摞儿成捆儿的钱，那是一家家儿一户户一个汗珠摔八瓣挣来的，你要帮他们看好。不要盘子外面找菜吃，记住每月发到你手里的工资那才是你应得的。”第二天，我踏上了我的征程，开始了我的信合之路。

　　悄然间，奶奶渡过奈河桥一年了，我们生活在奈河桥的这边，奶奶生活在奈河桥的那边，我多么希望能够拨开奈河桥上的迷雾看到奶奶，但我又希望奶奶能够喝下那孟婆汤，了却对我们的牵挂。

　　奶奶远了，然我的耳畔时时回荡着奶奶的格言，让我学会做人---好好地做好人。

　　我们都是在茫茫大海中飘浮的沙砾，小心翼翼地找寻自己的一*之地，望着那自在傲游的海鸥，我们心中也都有自己的渴望和梦想，后来才知道，这就是偶像的力量。

　　如今，正步入青春期的我和很多人一样，有着自己痴迷的偶像。有人说，偶像的力量是无穷的，而我要说，偶像的力量是神奇的。偶像的力量就如那春日里叮咚的泉水，给人以希望和新生的勇气；偶像的力量更似那耀眼的阳光，鞭策着我们不断往前行进，永不放弃！

　　回望自己走过的这条漫漫长路，我也曾钻入过泥泞的沼泽，涉足过荒芜的沙漠，就像换新衣服一样换过一个又一个的偶像——歌星张韶涵，音乐家贝多芬，漫画家毕君武，作家冰心奶奶……可是，当我反复地垂问自己的内心：你一直追寻的东西是什么？你一直向往的是什么？你的初心又是什么？那一刻，我才真正得出了答案，我也才明白，我真正敬仰的偶像，是那位叫做杨红樱的儿童文学作家。因为她，我爱上了阅读；因为她，我爱上了写作；因为她，我坚定了自己的梦想。

　　开始新学期了，老师几乎全部更新换代了，除了多转进来一位新同学外，没变的，只有同学们。打闹起来依旧没大没小，开起玩笑仍然没心没肺。装着不知道接下来就要分班。会分到哪一个班呢？我不知道，同学们也不知道，老师也许会知道，但没有谁忍心破坏刻意营造的气氛，跑去问老师这个伤感的问题。因为这个‘分班’，意味着分离。同学会被拆的七零八落，散落到各个班，好朋友或许再也见不了面。

　　毕竟是一起呆了一年，别以为只待一年会没有什么深厚的感情，我们军训时一起叫苦喊累，在送教官时一起抹老泪，唱歌比赛时的默契，得了名次后的喜不自禁，老师和同学抱在一起，男女同学也不怕回去会被多少人调侃也抱在一起，*常见了面都要掐一把的同学，也激动的抱在了一起。我似乎觉得我们班的人，都是一群傲娇腹黑的，无论*时有什么深仇大恨，只要听闻他或她在外受了了哪个班的气，都会同仇敌忾的磨拳擦掌的准备帮他或她找场子回来，以后接着‘仇人相见，分外眼红’，真是一群纠结的孩子，是吧？

　　但正因为这样，我们是全校班级中难得的和谐，除了经常气的老师暴跳如雷，同学之间天天吐槽对方几句，下课跟疯子无异，偶尔某两位还来肉搏，然后开始混乱，劝架的.劝架，事不关己的高高挂起，自己有心无力阻拦的甚至准备好一见血就掏手机打120，总之，就是没一个去找老师的，初中生了嘛还是要面子滴，被老师看到还不得批死啊？

　　我还记得，我跟我死党的渊源是从我踩到他的鞋子开始的，军训五天，我踩了他无数次……还有我前面那两个终于打架累积到了一星期六十五次的频率，更是创造了一分钟两次的新纪录。还有考完期末考试后激动地去淋雨，结果回家两天后，大家上网聊天纷纷表示自己淋雨感冒发烧后如何被爹妈骂的多惨，一部分人表示体抗力强感冒已退散，一部分人表示已无大碍准许不吃药，一部分人惨兮兮的表示还在挂针水。还有一部分人理智表示当时抽风才陪我们这群傻子干这么无聊的事。我对此有两个词可以形容，一是抽疯，一是二货。

　　嘛，总之，大家真的很友爱，同学情深神马的我们不知道，只要大家开心就好，分开之后就没机会这样了。

　　又是一个雾天。迷茫的天。

　　我曾以为，时光就像一缕细沙，只要我攥紧它，磨*它的棱角，它就永远是我的，没想到——握在手中却流失于指缝……

　　铃声一响，考场一哄而散，还有几次离合值得我等待？

　　独自行走在雾茫茫的人行道上，远处的车打来的光线也变得柔和，谁也看不清谁，就这么一直走，我迷失了方向。只有那打着不及格的考卷在疯狂地撕扯我的衣角，我疯了般撕着考卷，丢进垃圾箱，开始奔跑。

　　我奔跑了一路，一路上我跌跌撞撞竟来到了一座山脚下。于是，我捂住伤口，独自向山上走去。

　　我很紧张，坐立不安，眼睛瞪得大大的，心想：老师说这次我们考得很差，那我这次不会只考了58分吧？我好紧张，怎么办？怎么办？我该怎么办呀？

　　喔喔头90分，他得意地拿着试卷摆了个pose！说：“耶，我考了90分！啊！原来考90分，是这么开心和光荣的事呀！我一定要好好学*！天天向上！取得更棒的成绩。喔喔头，加油！”

　　试卷发完了，却没有我的，我的鼻子一酸，就想哭，可是，当时我忍住了，因为，当着这么多人哭，多没有面子呀！我心想：咦？我的卷子呢？怎么不在了，我记得第一个交呀！怎么不在了，我记得我第一个交呀！怎么没有我的呢？真奇怪，我要把卷子找回来。想着想着我举起了手，叫老师过来，老师好像不理我，但又好像理我，我实在忍不住了，大声吼：“老师，我没有试卷，我交了的，是第一个您一定会改到，但是，怎么没有我的`哩？”老师转过身笑眯眯地对同学们说：“这次，老师发满分卷，也就是班上唯一一个同学的试卷是满分，那就是陈倚天同学，大家鼓掌！”

　　全班同学为我鼓掌，我心想：什么意思呀？我只是随随便便的做了这些题，怎么会考得这么好的成绩呢？不对，老师一定改错了，我不会考这么好的成绩，不对，不对，一定是哪里改错了。想着想着，我走上讲台，把试卷交给老师，说：“老师，打扰一下，我想麻烦您在帮我把试卷检查一下好吗？因为我*时只考89分，不会考这么高，所以……”我的脸一下子红了，老师看了看我焦急的眼神，然后笑眯眯地说：“像你这么可爱又机灵的女生，我怎么不会帮忙呢？呵呵！很稍等，我再帮你检查一遍。”一分钟过去了，十二分钟过去了，四个小时过去了……我的腿站酸了，问：“老——师——你到底看完没有呀？”老师说：“我看了九九八十一次都没有发现错呀！”

　　随着年级的升高，满分离我也越来越远，我心里占据的地位也愈来愈高，不仅因为题目越来越难，还因为我粗心，对满分也越来越渴望。
