One approach bases itself upon the fact that any concept which has a significant unknown aspect can be approached through antinomies -- the presentation of two sides which appear to be opposition with each other. When one defines the phenomenon of wisdom solely by measurable, earthly standards only one pole is used -- the material pole and the other dimension -- the spirtual pole, or what we might call the "its unknown dimension" that is present in any wise action whether it be in word or deed -- is ignored. While a one-sided definition may work in some situation, in others it distorts the reality of the situation. It is this "unknown dimension" of wisdom, what we might also call its introverted side, that I wish to emphasize now.
I might say without much risk of over-stating my case that the missing dimension in Western life is the acceptance that balanced wisdom, the term I am using to express wisdom that includes the above two poles, requires a transaction with wisdom's opposites, that is, its antinomian nature. I have presented five antinomies of wisdom for you to consider:
Earthly (material / instinctual / lumen naturae) and Spiritual (its unknown aspects / archetypal / lumen dei)
Individual and Collective
Knowledge and Relationship
Wisdom and Foolishness
Good and Evil
Traditional Judeo-Christian religion speaks much about wisdom, the chief text being embodied in the book of Proverbs, which I conside to be the "primer" on helping one understand wisdom's unknown pole. One cannot go very far in their understanding or growth in wisdom if they completely disregard a statements in Proverbs like: "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom" (Prov. 1:6). Whether one is religious or not, an understanding of and a non-denigrating attitude -- toward wisdom's unknown pole demands an serious exploration of a relationship with the imago dei, for how else can one fully grasp that in the Scriptures, wisdom is personified or embodied. Through personification we can relationally embrace wisdom rather than it being solely an abstract knowledge or be left as only a "definable goal." It is my opinion that wisdom can be embraced and loved only when it is personified. One might call this "the engaging wisdom's heat" to distinguish it from the cooler aspects of embracing wisdom only as concept.
The quest for balanced wisdom is an elusive thing, much like going toward a destination to which one never arrives. Instead of this making one impatient, I encourage you to consider that all noble things are difficult, costly, and time-consuming. Furthermore, unlike the usual trips we take in life, wisdom's path often diverts us from our conscious intention; we find ourselves in unknown and disorienting places. These two aspects of the pursuit of wisdom are perceived intuitively as the tension between knowing that the path leads to greater connectedness and increase yet at the same time deconstruction and lack of definiteness. Without this uncomfortableness, inherent in its pursuit, wisdom cannot be manifested, remaining dead, or perhaps inert.
The pursuit of wisdom is, in part, a battle of the heart in which the pursuit of pleasure and lessening of discomfort, pain, or obligation continually pull us away from engaging its unknown pole. The Scripture, "out of the heart flows the issues of life," just touches the depths of such a confrontation. Concretely, the "issue of life" is blood without which there can be no further life or only a life that is stagnant. I encourage you to make the pursuit of wisdom as precious to you as your own blood and the blood of others.

I have been dreaming of being a doctor for a long time.
It may seem strange to a girl, but to me the reasons are simple and clear. First, doctors’ goal is to rescue the dying and heal the injured, which I think is very important and honorable. Last week, my cousin was back at home from his trip. He had been away for more than a month and he was a backpacker. I felt so envious, because he could live the life he wanted. I have been dreaming of being a doctor for a long time.
It may seem strange to a girl, but to me the reasons are simple and clear. First, doctors’ goal is to rescue the dying and heal the injured, which I think is very important and honorable. The most valuable thing for people is life, and doctors are those who help us fetch our treasures when we are losing them. I hope to be such a kind of people to help others when they are in danger.

我今年担任高三年两个班的英语教学工作，深感任重道远，在深入分析任课班学生的现状之后，我扎扎实实地做了一系列具体细致的工作，也取得了较好的成效。
一、合理制定复*计划并注重计划的落实与完善。
要想搞好高三英语教学，没有合理的教学和复*计划是不行的。我对《高中英语新课程标准》和《考试说明》及历年的高考试题认真研究，深刻领会其中的精神，把握测试要求，分析好高考知识点的考查内容和测试角度，明确高考发展的变化趋向，制订切实有效的复*计划，并在教学的过程中不断改进和完善。我从以下两个方面入手帮学生备考。
（一）立足课本，精选练*，巩固强化基础知识。
复*伊始，全面重点复*高一高二及高三上的语言点，高三下也不敢懈怠，快速扫完。强调学生掌握课标词汇，并适当扩大词汇量的积累。利用早读时间小测抽查，重点对语法知识进行系统的复*并辅之以相应的'配套练*材料，及时讲评；同时教会学生利用语境做好情景交际题；并让学生建立相应的错题集，减少错题再错机率，做到真正掌握所学知识，灵活解题，以不变应万变。
（二）加强高考题型的专项训练，提高学生应试能力。
听力、单项选择、完形填空、阅读理解、书面表达的限时训练应贯穿高考复*的始终。
单项填空的特点是：内容覆盖面广，考查范围包括中学英语教学大纲所有的语法及词汇知识：重点突出，强调动词用法的考查；突出语境的作用，利用语境间接考查语言知识的运用，应引导学生分析具体的语言情景，运用所学的知识，注意词的搭配，词语辨析等，从而找出正确答案。故此时的单项填空的强化训练十分必要，且应注意及时讲评，进行归纳总结，并引导学生加强探讨，设立错题集。尤其对解题方法进行重点讲解。我精选*几年各地的高考选择题部分给学生练*，让学生熟悉并掌握高考主要考查的重要句型。
听力：除了每周二下午班会课时间20分钟听力泛听，每周六早读精听以外，周二课堂穿插精听。不断加强对学生的集中训练和听力方法的指导，熟悉听力主要考查的题型，并通过对听力材料的分析，学会预测听力内容，初步选出部分答案和排除干扰项。
完形填空：侧重完形填空方法指导及训练。因为完形填空主要是测试学生综合运用语言的能力，所以我从以下几个角度来引导学生：从惯用法和固定搭配的角度来分析；从上下文的角度来分析；从文章的中心句、关键句、关键词来分析作者的观点和态度；从词汇的意义和用法的角度来分析；从逻辑推理、常识等角度来分析。
书面表达：让学生明确高考书面表达的五档评分标准。尽可能对学生的书面表达详批详改，整理归纳，针对不同的学生给予合理的指导，对全体学生有明确的要求：1、句型繁简适度。2、有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构。3、开门见山，层次分明，承上启下。4、细读提示，写全要点。5、书面干净、整齐、规范。同时让学生背诵范文，做好语言积累。
阅读理解：在整张卷面中，阅读理解是重中之重，学生在做阅读理解练*时，一定要限定时间。根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们限制在35分钟内读完5篇短文并完成20道小题的选择。在选择正确答案时，要充分利用*常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等等获取所需要的信息，并对照题干，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求学生在每天限时做一篇完形填空或2—3篇阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，并及时评讲，学生的阅读速度和正确率也日渐提高，令我欣慰。
二、适时模拟，查漏补缺。
我认真分析历年来的高考试卷，在此基础上精心选编几套高质量的适应性试卷进行模拟测试，并在每次模拟考试后进行认真讲评，并做好最后的归纳工作。我将学生在以前所做的试卷中普遍存在的错题进行分析归类，重新编制成试题，让学生再练，我不厌其烦地为学生分析指导错误根源，提高学生识别错误的能力和语言领悟能力。并要求学生不断回头看以前自己做过的作业和错题集，减少错误再现率。
三、心理疏导，树立自信。

可以《英语周报》为基础，用好《英语周报》，因为报上的文章比较新，时代气息浓，篇幅多。每期精选一两篇为精读材料，两三篇为泛读材料。在*时教学新词汇的过程中，不失时机地由新翻旧，以旧带新，通过形*、义*、同义、反义、固定搭配等手段串联起大量有用的词汇，让学生从纵向，横向及各个方面将词汇的雪球滚大。对于所有精泛读材料中碰到的生词，要求学生摘录下来，老师要采取必要的手段，如听写或再现认读的方式进行检查，以扩大学生的词汇量。
三、加强写作训练，合理安排综合训练
加强写作指导和训练，是我们高考取得成绩的重要保证。只有多练才可能有好的成绩。但只是写作还不能取得好成绩，一定要加强对学生的集中训练和指导。对于写作，在写作过程中，给予学生合理的指导，对学生有明确的要求：1）繁简适度2）有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构3）层次分明，承上启下4）细读提示，写全要点。5）书面干净、整齐、规范。教师也要遵循“粗批，快改，及时发”的原则。否则，失去了时间意义，效果就不大了。同时让学生背诵范文，模仿，运用，做好语言积累。提高高考的书面表达成绩。
四、培养学生良好的心理素质
培养学生良好的心理素质，良好的心理素质是发挥自身水*、甚至是超水*发挥的基础，是提高学生应变能力的必要条件。在教师的启发诱导下，带着求知的兴趣，不断变换角色、对话，不仅使学生的语言运用能力在各自的角色扮演中都得到提升，而且学生主动参与课堂教学活动，使他们真正成为学*的主体，使他们富于朝气，充满自信，使他们有了强烈的参与感，在课堂上敢于发言，师生之间互相合作。
五。加强考练结合，一周考练，一周讲评。
总结得失，虽然我取得了一些成绩，但我还有很多地方做得不够。在今后的工作中，希望领导和同仁们对我的工作多提意见，我将努力克服不足，以争取更大的进步。在明年高考中取得更好的成绩。
本学期我们坚持以教学工作为中心，以新课程改革为契机，加强教学常规管理，深化课堂教学改革，认真落实课程计划，落实教学常规，落实教学改革措施，严格执行学校的各项教育教学制度和要求，认真地完成各项任务。现对本学期的教研组工作做简要总结。
一、全组教师深化理论学*，理清思路，明确职责和目标。开学初，教研组就组织老师学*了学校有关履行岗位职责等相关文件，教研组从整体管理和学科实际出发，按学校工作计划制定了本教研组工作计划，并对计划进行了讨论、修改，得到了完善，各备课组又在教研组计划的基础上，根据各年级的实际情况制定了备课组工作计划，并在组内进行了交流，征集建议后进行了修改，进一步让全体老师明确本岗位职责和工作目标。
二、教学工作继续以转变教师的教学方法和学生的学*方式为主。教师们以新理念指导自己的教学工作，牢固树立学生是学*的主人，以*等、宽容的态度对待学生，在沟通和"对话"中实现师生的共同发展，努力建立互动的师生关系。
本学期以改变学生的学*方式为主，提倡研究性学*、发现性学*、参与性学*、体验性学*和实践性学*，以实现学生学*方式多样化地转变，促进学生知识与技能，情感、态度与价值观的整体发展，为学生的终身学*打下坚实的基础。
三、加强备课组建设，提高学科质量。切实开展集体备课活动，把备课组的建设作为本学期的重点工作，通过一个学期的尝试，各备课组成员都能在备课组长的引领下，较顺利地开展工作，各备课组在固定的时间和地点进行商议。在集体商议的基础上，形成统一的、系统的教案和学案。教案和学案中要体现学生的主体性，以师生互动的形式撰写教案，教案中重在突出教师的教和学生的学。要重视教学过程的反思，每节课后教师都认真地反思教学过程，及时地把教学中点点滴滴的感受写下来，重视二备和反思，从深层次上去考虑自己的教学工作，写出有质量的教学反思和二备。
四、根据学校要求，骨干教师上好示范课、教研课，年轻教师上好汇报课，加强了研课、磨课的力度。为了使青年教师快速胜任高中英语教学，我们还积极配合学校，组织发动好校青年教师的评优课活动，对我组的多位位青年教师进行了视导，促使他们的业务水*和理论水*上一个新的台阶。20xx年10月21日，我校王珊老师在高二（7班开了一节友善用脑汇报课，标志着我校英语课堂正式全面进入新课改模式，各年级英语教师自觉主动地在自己的课堂教学中运用“友善用脑”理念和基本策略。
五、通过组员们的不懈努力与团结协助，老师们也取得了不小的成绩：
1英语组本年度被区工会评为“模范职工小家”
2各组的课外活动有序开展。高一备课组以激发学生学*英语的兴趣，养成学生良好的学*英语的*惯为工作重点，开展了英语书法比赛和默写比赛等活动，激发了大多数学生的学英语的热情。高二备课组以英语周报英语能力竞赛和LSEC超级英语全国联赛为契机，扎扎实实地进行了英语方面的培优工作。高三作为全组的领头羊，以高考为目标，扎实备课好、上好每一堂课。形成了系统的一体化教案和学案，对全组的备课工作具有借鉴意义。
3全组老师积极学*英语教育教学理论，特别是新课程理论，撰写教育教学论文和反思、案例、教学设计等，并多人次在各级各类评比中得奖。
4组内多名老师获得市级、区级优秀教育工作者和优秀班主任称号。张春宁、张青老师被评为市高三教学先进个人，邵佳等多位青年获得区级荣誉，奚治梅、林世璟老师被评为校“师德标兵”“优秀班主任”。张青、奚治梅、潘临秋当选为区教学带头人，朱琳等7为教师被评为区教学骨干。
总之，通过这个学期的共同努力，我们高中英语组较好地完成了学校布置的各项工作任务，取得了一定的成绩，在下学期工作中我们将扬长避短，为秦中的教育教学作出新的贡献。
本学期，我担任了高一两个教学班的英语教学工作。一年来，对教学工作又有了新的体会。高中一年级是中学阶段承前启后的一年，这一年学生成绩的好坏关系到整个高中阶段的英语教学任务能否顺利完成。正所谓万事开头难，头开好了，后面的工作就好做得的多。所以如何让高一学生顺利完成初中到高中的过渡，这是高一英语教师必须认真考虑和妥善处理的`一个重要问题。下面本人就在高一英语教学中的一些体验和方法作以总结：
一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡
正所谓万事开头难，头开好了，后面的工作就好做得的多。所以如何让高一学生顺利完成初中到高中的过渡，这是高一英语教师必须认真考虑和妥善处理的一个重要问题。高一新学期开始，我们通过摸底了解学生大致水*，利用了*一个月的时间从语音、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复*，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。同时，尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：
(一)集中补语音
一般在开学后的前几周进行语音的补*。这样做的目的是为今后的学*打下良好的基础并具有初步的自学能力。
(二)分散补语法
初中的有些语法，尤其是时态，语态及句子结构等，学生并未完全掌握，而在高中的课本中，初中学过的语法基本不再作为新语法项目来讲。所以在高一把初中的语法分散在各课中来讲。例如高一(4)(5)(6)单元的定话从句的讲解，可以先复*初中所学的名词，形容词作定语的用法，再复*短语，不定式作定语的用法，如a clever boy 到 a boy in hat，然后引申到句子作定语——定语从句的讲解。
(三)按顺序巩固单词
初中的单词量虽然不算太多，但却是最基本最常用的，经过一个暑假之后，学生们已经忘记了不少单词，所以在讲授高一新课的同时，利用初中课本或词汇手册，按1-6册的顺序复*和巩固单词。只有解决了学*英语的基础——词汇问题，又解决了学*英语的关键——语法问题，才能为下一步学生能力的培养创造条件。
二、注意营造英语氛围，注意学*方法的辅导
在上课过程中，我坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;同时根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读*惯，大力培养学生的阅读能力。同时每周抽出一定的时间以及课间休息时间，分别对全体和部分学生进行英语学*方法指导，取得了良好的效果。加强作文训练，下学期我们先后共进行了8次作文训练，每次都努力做到面批面改，力争使学生直观深入地熟悉自己的学*漏洞，从而快速提高成绩。另外，课后经常与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。
三、讲明教法，指导学法，培养能力
在初中的教学中，以句型教学为主。但高中的教学任务和要求有所不同，高中侧重培养学生的阅读能力，所以本人一般采用听说领先，读写为主的教学方法。基于此原则，每一届高一新生，我都明确要求：每篇课文必须熟读，背诵其中重点句型、段落，让学生养成读的*惯。读得多了，语感就形成了。有了语感，听说很自然地就逐渐跟上来了;有了语感，改错和写作的水*也能不断地得到提高。对高一学生的写作，我的做法有3点：一是坚持写日记;二是写以初中课本内容为题材的短文;三是针对高一的课文进行写作。
对于刚上高一的学生，更重要的还要给学生指明学法，从而让他们在最短的时间内适应高中的英语教学。古人云：“授人以鱼，只供一饭之需;教人以渔，则终身受用无穷。”在教学过程中，教师不仅要让学生掌握课本知识，更重要的是教会学生如何学*。只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学*方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学*积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：
(一) 培养良好的学**惯
1、朗读的*惯。外语首先是语言，语言是要讲究读的。而我们学外语又缺少环境，所以朗读是很必要的。因此早读一定要要求学生开口读，养成朗读的*惯。
2、预*的*惯。预*主要是记忆单词。浏览课文和了解要学的语法，同时把课本中不懂的单词、词组、句子划出来。从而在听讲时有所侧重。预*是学生主动地参与课堂教学的过程，所以应要求学生在学*新课前进行预*。
3、写日记的*惯。写日记贵在*时坚持，没有捷径可走。务必让学生养成动笔的*惯，有话则长，无话则短;有时间多写，无时间少写。这样做对以后的写作很有好处。
4、整理错题的*惯。让学生准备一个错题本，对每次作业考试中出现的错误都要及时认真地进行整理，弄清错的原因，以便对症下药。
(二)指导单词记忆方法。记忆单词是学生普遍存在的一个困难。应教会学生运用各个感觉器官，从读其音，观其形，释其义等几个方面培养自己的观察力和记忆力，而不是机械地死记硬背每个单词。
四、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。以前的教学工作，我在这方面做得还是比较到位的。但是，因为比较严肃，学生参与不足，无意间形成了“自己的”课堂，本学期后半期，我在此方面下了很大努力，也收获甚大。
五、巩固教学效果 发展学生智能
教学的一个根本目的，是要求学生学会独立思考、独立自学，最终成为一个能独立工作的合格人才。课内教学的双边活动是至关重要的，但由于学生多，时间少，而学生主动活动机会则不多。所以，课外作业便是学生个体完成作业的独立活动的基本形式。学生在完成作业过程中，需要独立思考、独立钻研，这对学生有充分的实际锻炼机会。课外作业，有助于学生发展智能和创造性才能，有助于培养学生灵活地应用知识解决问题，有助于培养学生的能力，并能培养学生按时完成任务的*惯和责任心，以及克服困难的精神。因此，本人在作业的布置和批改上下工夫，不仅要重视答案的公*性、客观性和唯一性，还要重视学生的选择性和创造性以及答案的开放性和多样性。
六、 狠抓教学环节，努力提高自己的教学教研能力
1、深入细致的备好每一节课。在备课中,我认真研究教材，力求准确把握重难点，并注重参阅各种杂志，制定符合学生认知规律的教学方法及教学形式。注意弱化难点强调重点。教案编写认真，并不断归纳总结提高教学水*。同时尽可能给学生提供语言环境和学*英语环境，从而使学生乐于学英语。
2、认真上好每一节课。上课时注重学生主动性的发挥,发散学生的思维,注重综合能力的培养,有意识的培养学生的思维的严谨性及逻辑性,在教学中提高学生的思维素质.保证每一节课的质量.
3、认真及时批改作业，注意听取学生的意见,及时了解学生的学*情况，并有目的的对学生进行辅导。尽可能让优生“吃得饱”，让后进生“吃得了”。本学期批改了100多次作业和听写本以及15次试卷的批阅。
4、加强对学生学*的督促，根据本届学生课后学*自觉性差的特点，我每天都利用早读时间监督学生背课文和单词，并及时检查背诵情况，以此来督促学生知识的的积累与运用。并抽时间检查学生的课外作业，督促学生巩固所学的新知识。
5、坚持听课，注意学*组里老师的教学经验,努力探索适合自己的教学模式，努力提高自己的业务水*。并且配合学校和教研组的工作,本学期听课达40节。
6、注意使用现代教学手段---多媒体上课。充分调动学生的积极性和兴趣，同时提高自己的电脑水*和业务水*。注重教育理论的学*,并注意把一些先进的理论应用于课堂,做到学有所用。
7、不断给自己“充电”，坚持学*新的教育教学理念。阅读《英语沙龙》、《21世纪报》等英语报刊杂志，学到很多新词汇和新知识，并且获得不少新信息。积极参加西安外国语大学承办的中学外语教师技能
提高班和我校的校本培训，并且认真做笔记，写体会。向其他教师学*好的教学方法和好的教学经验，并一起讨论和学*教学思路，从而提高自己的上课水*。
本学期我虽然尽了自己最大努力去完成教学任务，也取得了一定的成绩，但也有许多需要改进的地方，今后我将继续加倍地努力工作，为全面提高学生的英语水*而努力!
随着英语高效课堂教学改革向纵深发展，教师必须研究新课程的理念如何真正转化为促进学生发展的实践，提高课堂教学的效率。如何才能更好地实现有效的课堂教学呢?应该说具体的方法、方式多种多样，作为引导者的老师只有通过不断的实践摸索才能获得最佳的效果，才能成为成功的课堂教育者。我觉得要想提高课堂教学效率，应该从以下几方面做：
一、学科理论是高效课堂的支撑
在教学中，教师用全新的教育理念来指导自己的教学，对自己的知识和经验进行重组，才能不断适应新的变革，建立起更为科学的现代英语学科理论体系并不断使其完善，用以深化英语教学实践。教师要不断学*学科理论来充实自己的教学，丰富的学科专业知识是教师教好课的基础，深厚的学科专业功底犹如泉水源源不断，始终滋润着我们的教学生命。一位举手投足浸透着文化芳香的教师总是有着常人无法企及的魅力，在这样的老师课堂上，学生会如沐春风，学得津津有味。
二、潜心读文本是高效课堂的前提
英语课文是教学内容的载体，教学内容隐藏在课文之中。教师要潜心解读文本，做到正确解读文本，正确把握文本的价值取向，依据教学目标，结合课文特点确定本课语言训练的内容，确定课文教学的重难点，只有正确解读了文本才可以把课文的精要提炼出来。教学中教师还要以一种欣赏并悦纳的良好心去态尊重学生的多元化解读文本，不仅要让学生看到红花，还要让学生看到绿草。如果教师能够指导学生超越文本解读会使孩子的文学素养更厚实，使孩子的人文素养更沉实。就像著名特级教师窦桂梅说的“超越教材的过程，就是让学生多角度、多渠道、全方位从书本中积累文化知识，间接获得情感体验、生活体验等人生涵养的过程。”
三、创设教学情境是高效课堂的基石
在课堂教学中只有教师创设一定的情景，烘托出一个学*的氛围让学生进入状态，才能真正提高学生学*兴趣，开阔学生视野，锻炼学生能力，从而获得最优的学*效果。在教学中可以采用各种活动和教学方式如开火车、摘果子、小组竞赛等使学生在愉悦中学*。在形式多样的游戏中，枯燥乏味的学*会变得充满乐趣，使学生不知不觉中学会知识，形成学*能力。正如教育学家卡罗琳说：“孩子们的工作就是游戏，在游戏中激发他们的思维，是他们最愿意接受的。”
四、学法指导是高效课堂的法宝
课程标准强调学生是英语学*的主人，随着学*经验的积累，学生会形成自己的学**惯，掌握一定的学*方法。学*方法越扎实，学生探索知识的能力就越强，因此教师在用高超的教学艺术和知识本身的魅力把学生带入知识的殿堂之后，更应注重学法指导，引导他们发现行之有效的学*方法，形成英语学*能力。如在识字教学中我就注重指导学生掌握识字规律，学会方法，从而提高识字效率。教学中采用了加一加、减一减、合一合、熟字换偏旁、熟字加偏旁等识字方法指导学生主动识字，通过这样的方法，学生很快记住了一些难以识记的生字，并且记得相当牢固。此外，教师还可以充分调动学生的积极性，让学生动脑筋想一些适合自己的更为合理的学*方法。
五、现代技术为高效课堂插上双翼
运用现代教育技术，利用文字、图画、声音、动画、视频等综合信息效应，为英语教学插上双翼，创造一种轻松愉快的学*氛围，使教者乐教、学者乐学，让教与学两方在教学的双向活动中领略共同参与的愉快，从而达到提高课堂效率的目的。如在识字教学中以往的识字教学无非是反复让学生多读、多写、死记硬背，学生兴趣不大，教学效果也不佳。教师通过现代教育技术为汉字加以色彩、声音、动作，赋予汉字的活力，这样更能为低年级学生接受，可以让汉字活起来，解决字形记忆的重点、难点，帮助学生迅速记忆汉字。
六、反思总结促进教师专业成长
美国学者波斯纳曾提出教师成长的公式：“教师成长=经验+反思”，该公式体现了教师成长过程应该是一个总结经验、捕捉问题、反思实践的过程。教学中教学及时反思、及时总结更能够促进教师的专业成长发展。一个优秀的教师的成长离不开不断的教学反思，教学反思可以进一步地激发教师终身学*的自觉冲动，不断的反思会不断地发现困惑，从而促使自己拜师求教，书海寻宝。教学反思可以激活教师的教学智慧，探索教材内容的崭新表达方式，构建师生互动机制及学生学*的新方式。
以上就是我对英语高效课堂教学的思考和总结，我认为，高效的英语课堂教学不管方法如何变换，不管模式怎样不同，都应当实现三个回归：回归原点课堂价值，回归本体英语学*，回归落点学生发展。
弹指一挥间，时间如白驹过隙，一转眼，毕业已有快一年的时间。一年前的时候，带着些许憧憬，激动，幻想站在讲台上为学生们授业解惑，在台下，与同事交流学*。7月份，带着这样一份激动的心情我来到了广东省佛山市顺德区均安中学任教。在这一年多的时间里，自己付出的很多，同时收获的东西也颇为丰富。下面我简要的对自己这一年来的工作进行总结。
在进入均安中学后，进行了为期数天的培训，在短暂的培训当中，收获特别多，对于均安教育的发展状况有了基本的了解，对于教育政策法规也更加明晰。紧接着到了9月，迎来了一批莘莘学子，由于领导们的信任，我担任了高一（9）班的班主任，担任了4班和9班两个班的英语老师。在军训中，我始终陪伴着我的班级，伴着他们训练，想培养这个班级当中的一种集体荣誉感和强大的凝聚力。我还是能够铭记着这个班的口号“斗志昂扬，力比朝阳，放马金鞍，唯我9班”。最好我的班级虽然只领了个安慰奖，但是看到他们的努力，我已经是心满意足，在军训后，正式走上了三尺讲台，我心里始终谨记着一点“毕业了，离校了，坚决不给陕师大丢人”。
在外人面前，我比较爱玩，好像像个小孩子，但是心中这个信念一直鼓励着我，要勤奋，要努力，认真的积极的备课，要多与有经验的班主任进行交流，掌握学*一些管理班级的经验和方法，在讲课方面，我经常让别的老师帮我修改课件，对我的课件以及教学设计提出一些改进的意见，在我空闲的时候也有积极的参与到听课活动当中，截至到现在，我听其他老师的课累计有60多节。
经过自己不断的努力和尝试，以及在其他老师的帮助下，自己的教学上面进步很快，以前抓不住教学的重点与难点，抓不住考点，在自己的不断摸索下，不断的研读各类考题，在陈月明老师的帮助指点下，渐渐地对于知识点考点一些的把握，有了很大的进步。在课堂教学内容设计方面，一开始相对比较刻板，按部就班，将课本的每一个板块都讲解到位生怕漏掉哪一点，在处理英语周报上的练*题时，也毫无重点，一个一个讲过去，事实上许多非常简单的就可以不用再讲解。现在，我对于课本的驾驭能力更强了，有些模版需要当作重点来强调，有些部分作用不大的可以直接将他省去。在教学成绩方面，取得的成绩都比较理想，重点班与普通班的成绩都能够排在中上游的位置。但是在教学上还是经验不足，还需要多听有经验老师的课。
在管理班级方面，我对于我的学生软硬皆施，在纪律方面，严格要求，抓典型，比如：分科后，班级分过来一个最严重的问题生，他叫许家豪，他在班里很爱讲话，很会撒谎，纪律特别差，头发特别长，其他一小部分同学也多多少少都有些问题，我就先把这个问题最严重的人当作典型来整治，我心里暗下决心“一定不能屈服，要态度坚决”。对于他进班的'第一天，我先从他的头发抓起，讲了讲道理，似乎不起什么作用，我的态度强硬了起来，我强行要求他在办公室里呆着，不允许*室上课，自己好好思考，然后又给他介绍了大学里的一些美好景象，让他幻想了一下大学里美好的生活和场景，经过对许家豪这个学生的抓典型，对他成功的转化，有利于我管理班级其他的同学。在我担任这奖金一个学期班主任的时间内，也取得了不少成绩。所带高一（9）班在均安镇运会中为学校得分最多，高一（9）班在体艺节中获得了“红歌赛”，“广播操比赛”的“一等奖”。高一（9）班入学全校倒数第二，期末考试，第二学期模拟考试都考了年级的第一名。在分科考试中，有8名同学分入了重点班。现在所带的高一（10）班在学校运动会中取得团体总分第一名，“精神文明班级奖”。但是班级管理依然存在漏洞，比如在班干部团队管理上，还没有形成一个很好的体系。在尖子生培养方面，还没有形成一定的方法，经验，模式。但我相信，在自己的努力摸索以及其他老师，班主任，领导的帮助下，我会寻找到一条适合自己的出路。
我看到，前途是光明的。我会继续努力，成功属于我。
随着考试改革的发展，高考英语试题的要求越来越高，不仅强化了对基础知识的考查，更突出和能力的运用。为了提高高三英语的教学质量，在教学过程中我们本着 “培养主体意识，强化课堂训练”的原则，积极做好学生的思想工作，提高学*的自觉性、积极性和主动性;帮学生树立信心。同时我认真研究考试说明与教学大纲，按照“突出语篇、强调应用，注重交际”这一主旋律进行教学和复*，提高实战能力。我主要朝以下几方面努力：合理制定、完善教学、复*计划;合理处理教材、安排教学进度;注重精读和泛读相结合，加强限时阅读的训练，帮助和督促学生积累一定的词汇量。加强听力与写作的力度与难度。下面是我的教学计划和一些具体做法：
一、合理制定、完善教学、复*计划
要想搞好三年级英语教学，没有合理的教学和复*计划是不行的。在开学初，我就制定了全年的教学和复*计划，并在教学的过程中不断改进和完善计划。立足教材，夯实基础知识才是我们途径。教学和复*都因该注重实效，实实在在地为学生服务。
二、语篇为基础，扩大学生词汇量
光靠第三册教材的阅读量是远远不够的，所以我们还要精选精泛读材料来弥补教材的不足。在教学过程中遵循精泛结合、精少泛多、精泛有序的原则。选择的精读材料要能够在教学中发挥最大效益，启发学生的思维，促进学生知识的掌握和能力的'形成。在教材的基础上，精选泛读材料，以巩固和拓宽语言知识，培养独立阅读能力。
可以《英语周报》为基础，用好《英语周报》，因为报上的文章比较新，时代气息浓，篇幅多。每期精选一两篇为精读材料，两三篇为泛读材料。在*时教学新词汇的过程中，不失时机地由新翻旧，以旧带新，通过形*、义*、同义、反义、固定搭配等手段串联起大量有用的词汇，让学生从纵向，横向及各个方面将词汇的雪球滚大。对于所有精泛读材料中碰到的生词，要求学生摘录下来，老师要采取必要的手段，如听写或再现认读的方式进行检查，以扩大学生的词汇量。
三、加强写作训练，合理安排综合训练
加强写作指导和训练，是我们高考取得成绩的重要保证。只有多练才可能有好的成绩。但只是写作还不能取得好成绩，一定要加强对学生的集中训练和指导。对于写作，在写作过程中，给予学生合理的指导，对学生有明确的要求：1)繁简适度2)有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构3)层次分明，承上启下4)细读提示，写全要点。5)书面干净、整齐、规范。教师也要遵循 “粗批，快改，及时发”的原则。否则，失去了时间意义，效果就不大了。同时让学生背诵范文，模仿，运用，做好语言积累。提高高考的书面表达成绩。
四、培养学生良好的心理素质
培养学生良好的心理素质，良好的心理素质是发挥自身水*、甚至是超水*发挥的基础，是提高学生应变能力的必要条件。在教师的启发诱导下，带着求知的兴趣，不断变换角色、对话，不仅使学生的语言运用能力在各自的角色扮演中都得到提升，而且学生主动参与课堂教学活动，使他们真正成为学*的主体，使他们富于朝气，充满自信，使他们有了强烈的参与感，在课堂上敢于发言，师生之间互相合作。
