Some are always in a hurry and try toget everything done as soon as possible, while some other people always take their time and lead their life in a slow pace. What do you think is better? Inmy opinion, different life paces reflect various life concepts and both type shave advantages and disadvantages.

There is no denying the fact that it has been a hotly debated topic whether students should attend military training in China in the past years. Opinions on this issue differ shar*. Some hold the positive view. They say that the training can not only build up students’ bodies but also temper their willpower. Besides, through the training, students can develop their team-spirit and sense of discipline.
Others, however, hold the opposite view. They say that a short period of training as students are having now cannot work well in building up their bodies or strengthen their will. Instead, we should lay emphasis on their daily exercise and activities for such purpose. What’s more, a sudden increase of intense physical exercise, especially during summer, does harm to students’ health and may even cause deaths. What happened in the past years has proved this.
Weighing the pros and cons of these arguments, I am inclined to agree with the former point of view. Military training is not only a means to strengthen student’s physique and willpower, but also an effective way to enhance their sense of national defense and foster their patriotism. Though some deaths happened during the training, we should not give up eating for fear of choking. Besides, the deaths are perfect evidence that students need more such training. Of course, measures should be taken to ensure that the least harm is done to the trainees.

第一
一个是大学英语主要是靠自己去学*，而不是靠老师，老师主要是去引导我们，而不是什么都会带着我们。在英语课上，老师已经不会像高中那样细细的讲解每一个知识点，而是讲重点，这样的话，我们在上课之前就必须要做好预*，不然上课就听不懂老师讲的内容，再有就是老师上课是全英文的，虽然有时候会因为学生的原因而降低要求，进行双语教学，但是大部分的时间里也是以英语为主，所以对此进入大学的英语课堂，就一定要先做好英语的预*准备，不然将无法进入课堂学*。

一个是大学我们学英语要重视口语，大学毕业之后是要进入社会的，那么对于英语的要求，肯定是口语要重要一些，初高中我们学英语主要是用于考试，所以口语不是很重视，主要是笔试，但是大学就不一样了，老师上课讲的是英语，那么我们在回答问题的时候也是英语，所以口语就很重要了。因此在进入大学后，对于英语口语的学*，我们可以跟同学一起合作，在课下的时候自己去写一些对话，然后两个人或者几个人一起配合练*，当练*的多了，自然就熟能生巧了，就能把口语给练*好，在与别人进行英语对话时，就不会没有语言去组织了。

应做到“四勤”与“四多”，具体说来，有以下几点：

2.多听
*年的中、高考已逐步加入听力试题。其实，多听并不仅仅是为了应试，更重要的一点就是在听的过程中可以逐步增强语感。培养敏锐的语感将有助于增强辨析力和判断力，是英语学*过程中十分重要的一环。
3.多说
多说可以增强口语能力，加深记忆，使学过的知识清晰地映在脑海里，不容易被忘记。
4.多练
通过做大量的*题，可以增强实践经验，不至于临阵发慌，手足无措。而且，熟能生巧，做题也能做出规律，做出语感来。
当然，学*一门语言本身也有其自身的规律，所谓“四勤”、“四多”也只不过是一种加强的手段。要学好英语，更重要的是从语言本身出发，深入钻研其中的奥秘，从字、词、句、章各方面逐个加强练*，严守“四勤”、“四多”的原则，轻轻松松取法好成绩。

第二点，授课教师上课运用了诸多的教学方法，能够充分调动学生的积极性。她分别采用了交际法、启发式、直观展示种种教学方法，在和学生的交流当中时不时投以鼓励的目光，及时给予几丝赞许，让发言的同学拥有成就感，未发言的同学也是跃跃欲试，整个课堂在谢老师的启发式提问下是“你方唱罢我登场”，热闹非凡。诚然，本科院校学生的英语基础相比高职院校学生略高一筹，课堂表现更加流畅、通顺，我们在谢老师的课上还是在思考一个问题：我们的学生基础差，但是相应得到的是来自老师更多的关心还是冷嘲？学生的自尊与自信全在老师的一念一言之差之间，应该在学生回答问题、参与课堂活动时给其地位上的*等，宽松的环境，鼓励其不卑不亢，从容自然，不断走向成功。

大家好，我是来自16级***语系的李启真，很高兴能和大家分享我的个人经验。从收到录取通知书的那一刻起，不满足于只会一门外语的我，便决定要把阿语英语都学好。今年在校内英语演讲比赛中取得不错成绩之后，学校推荐我去北京外研社参加夏令营，令我收获颇多。在我看来，像英语这样的国际化语言，学*起来完全可以依靠自我修行，充分利用现有资源，非英语专业的学生照样可以出彩。
1. 语感
当朋友问我英语学*经验时，我常和他们说我感觉我的英语基础就是背出来的。在脑海中组织一段英文并说出需要多长时间？在这段可长可短的时间里，我们斟酌句式和语法以及词汇，并将它们组合。如果可以把这段时间极尽可能地缩小，让自己无限靠*native speaker的水准，那就意味着我们要拥有强烈语感。在我看来培养语感很大程度上就是读背文章，看了Grammar下一步就是看背例句，有足够的输入之后再去写文章。学英语便是有朝一日能忘掉语法让英语成为脱口而出的语言，《新概念英语》等都是非常好的素材。
2. Certificates
非英语专业的学生学英语的一个非常好的途径就是考证！在准备考证的过程中会有意想不到的收获。在这一年里我拿下了不少英语证书，在准备考试的过程中我不仅有了更多的语言输入，还结识了不少学霸，而他们中许多人也并非英语专业，也像我一样奔忙于各大考场，来提升自己的水*和竞争力。值得一提的是许多高含金量证书要想拿下就必须过口语这一关，与考官面对面英文交流是锻炼口语的好机会，更重要的是考前的大量准备工作，让自己备感充实，有所提升。
3. 关于Speaking
我本人十分喜欢做公众演讲，Public Speaking是自我的展示也是对自我语言能力的检验。来到大学之后我尤其重视口语的训练，也争取到了不少机会。我了解到许多人都不敢大胆地做英语表达，如果是语言水*不够到位，就好好进行知识储备，如果纯粹因为害怕，那这一步越早迈出，你就越早能真正享受英语。

我是一名大二的学生，我已经经过了一年的大学英语学*，我在大学里，感受到大学英语跟以往学的英语是很不同的。就我自己感觉，学*的体会都是不一样的。
刚进入大学学英语的时候，我以为老师还是像我们高中的时候上课是用中文，上了课才知道，英语老师全是用英语上课，所有的方式皆是以英语的形式，我第一天的时候惊呆了，我虽然有高中学的基础，可是一下子就要进入全英文课，一时也是很难适应的。第一节课我几乎是懵着上完的.，课后，我发现我这样的情况是不行的，所以之后，我就开始了转变，以前上课都是老师讲，我们学，现在我是回到了宿舍后，要开始自学，不然根本就跟不上老师上课。因此，大一学年，我为了让自己去适应这样的上课，所以课下我是下了很大的苦功的，每天没课之后，就在宿舍里预*每一天要上的课，把里面文章中新的单词，提前查找英语词典，把注释和音标注上，因为上课老师不会在强调单词了，所以只能自己去学，不然到了上课，你是读不通文章的，同时为了让自己读顺，还要对文章进行通篇阅读练*，至少要读到不卡顿的样子。
因为是全英文的，所以单词就成了重点了，单词量多自然就能说出更多的语句，也能看懂很多的文章，不然学*只能是一半，这在上课可是很难捱的。上课我们不再是老师提问，学生回答这一种了，更多是学生自己去自主提问题和互相提问回答，偶尔还要学生自己去设计一段对话，然后找同伴进行演*，已达到练*口语。我在这方面的学*，就是收集各类的情景对话，然后通过实际去设计，为了达到效果，第一就是要自己带着不同的角色练*，而不是直接找他人陪练，这样的效果时候不怎么好的，一人饰两觉，效果要好得多，不仅能够锻炼说话的语气，还能增加语句的通顺。
大学一年的学*，我进步好多，再也不是刚来时的那样上课懵了，而是能自信又大方的站在老师同学面前说英语了，我也在自己的学*方法下把英语的基础掌握好了，现在的我已是大二了，我的英语只能更好，上课再也不用害怕老师点名说不出来，或者是听不懂了。这一年足够让我在英语上成长很多，我相信未来我的英语一定会更熟练的。

一个是大学英语主要是靠自己去学*，而不是靠老师，老师主要是去引导我们，而不是什么都会带着我们。在英语课上，老师已经不会像高中那样细细的讲解每一个知识点，而是讲重点，这样的话，我们在上课之前就必须要做好预*，不然上课就听不懂老师讲的内容，再有就是老师上课是全英文的，虽然有时候会因为学生的原因而降低要求，进行双语教学，但是大部分的时间里也是以英语为主，所以对此进入大学的英语课堂，就一定要先做好英语的预*准备，不然将无法进入课堂学*。
第二
一个是大学我们学英语要重视口语，大学毕业之后是要进入社会的，那么对于英语的要求，肯定是口语要重要一些，初高中我们学英语主要是用于考试，所以口语不是很重视，主要是笔试，但是大学就不一样了，老师上课讲的是英语，那么我们在回答问题的时候也是英语，所以口语就很重要了。因此在进入大学后，对于英语口语的学*，我们可以跟同学一起合作，在课下的时候自己去写一些对话，然后两个人或者几个人一起配合练*，当练*的多了，自然就熟能生巧了，就能把口语给练*好，在与别人进行英语对话时，就不会没有语言去组织了。
第三
一个大学英语一定要去重视英语单词的积累，单词是英语的基础，没有这个基础，是很难学好的，因为单词要是没有很多，就没办法去进行语言的转化了。所以在大学，对英语单词的学*依旧不能懈怠，反而是更加重视。当单词积累的多了，不管是口语还是笔试，都不会太差，至少这个基础是在的。每天都背记一些单词，慢慢的就会积累起来了，相信到后面一定会有很大的收获的。
大学英语不难，但是也不简单，主要还是自己要去认真对待，努力的学*，这一门语言一样可以学得很好。经过了一年的英语学*，我已经收获一些学*经验，也慢慢的形成自己的学*方法，我相信在之后的'学*中，我的英语会学*的更加好。
这两年的大学英语学*生涯，让我感慨颇多！回想起，当初的上课时的情形，一切是那么的清晰，仿佛就像是发生在昨天一样。
学*的内容部分样板：
通过这两年在大学的英语学*，我对于目前的大学英语教学方面有以下的看法：虽然在教学内容较单一的情况下，但在英语教学方式方面相对来说，教学形式还是较丰富多彩的，具体地说：
在大学英语课堂教学中，老师采用了有趣生动的教学内容呈现形式，如：游戏化地教学活动、小组讨论、课堂辩论、学生上讲台、看音像资料等来传授教学内容。
对这种形式的教学，我觉得很不错！
与我们高中枯燥的英语课堂相比，这种利用各种喜闻乐见的活动教学方式，让教学内容的呈现方式更乐意被我们接受，提高了我们对教学内容的接受程度。
当然，采用何种教学形式，取决于学生的年龄、性格特征、班级规模、班风等实际因素。显然采用了合适的教学形式能较大地激发学生学*英语的热情，并提高学生对教学内容的接受程度，最终将提高大学英语教学效果。
另外，另一种值得一提的教学安排就是英语的网络自主学*。
对于英语的网络自主学*的教学安排，很多人不支持，觉得没意义，不如不用上课更好。
但我个人觉得，它是利远大于弊的。
因为这种教学安排给了我们很多的学*空间，让教学的互动性与学生的自主学*的激情给充分调动起来，同时也是一个很好的考验个人的自我约束的意识。可能部分的同学还停留在老师一个人在讲课，学生在下面听的中学教学模式中，很难理解这其中的意义。因此，有一部分同学在机房学*时，因自身的自律意识不强而做一些与学*无关的事情，如：看视频，聊QQ，发邮件等。从另一角度来说，这也是对学生的自我管理与约束方面的考验的*台，在这*台上，学生将能逐渐摆脱掉依赖老师与家长的监督来学*的不良学**惯，提高自己的自我约束能力与增强自己的学*意识。只是，在这转变过程当中，老师等要学会引导这些学生，这样这种教学方式将会真正达到提高学生的自主学*能力的目的。
就我个人的情况来说，通过每周一次的英语网络自主学*，我也接触到了更加丰富的英语学*资源，开阔了视野，掌握了利用网络这一强大的*台来学*的方法与技巧，同时也增强了自主学*的意识。总的来说，这目前大学的英语教学安排还是不错的，当然，还需进一步的发展完善。

虽然我的英语成绩还不是太理想，但是从几年的学*过程中也领会了一些英语学*与应用策略的方法，以及提高学*兴趣的有效方法。具体说来，有以下几点：
词汇方面：
显然，单词的记忆是一个反复记忆再记忆的过程。无论采用何种记忆方法，都必须要经过记忆—遗忘—记忆—再遗忘—不断再记忆的过程，也只有充分利用各种可利用的时间反复记忆，才能真正记住。
故我在背单词时，结合前人的经验，采用了以下方法：
1、词根词缀记忆法
可以参考词根词缀的书，积累一些常用的词根，通过词根扩展词汇量。
2、联想记忆法
充分展开自己的想象力，通过*义归类联想，汉语谐音联想等方法。词汇的记忆过程是大脑进行思维的过程，只有使用有效的方法才能提高效率。
3、语境记忆法
放在一个特定的语言环境中记忆单词，可以记住同一个单词在特定的上下文语境的多种含义。
听力方面：
1、严把语音关：语音的问题体现在以下几个方面：单个音标的发音，连读，失去爆破，重音和语调。
2、扩大听力的词汇量，熟悉英文的惯用表达
3、熟悉场景：熟悉不同场景的各种表达方式。例如旅馆场景，电话场景，餐馆场景，机场场景等。
4、精听与泛听相结合
精听是基础。所谓精听是指力求把录音材料上的内容完全听透彻。可以采取以下几个步骤：
首先听其大意。第一遍时把握主旨大意即可。第二遍要逐句听，把每句话听透。尽量不要参考录音文字材料。第三遍时在精听的基础上，将听过的信息全部写下来。这样就可以查缺补漏，真正找到自己听力的薄弱环节。
泛听是保障。泛听时选取合适的材料很重要。初级水*时可以听《新概念》第二册，英语九百句等。中级水*是可以选择《新概念》第三册，走遍美国。也可以听*国际广播电台的'英语新闻或者VOA的慢速英语新闻。高级水*时可以听电影原声录音。
阅读方面：
1、以精读为主，多背诵经典篇章。
选一本经典教材，比如《新概念》坚持进行精读训练。精读可以从以下几点进行：
首先放在语境中体会单词，词组的用法。并且记住一些重要的单词和词组。然后体会句子的结构，句式的安排，句与句之间的衔接。并且尝试翻译其中的一些句子，对经典句子进行复述和背诵。最后对一些经典的文章应该背诵。文章背多了，英文的感悟力就会不断提高。
2、进行泛读，扩大阅读量
泛读贵在坚持。每个星期坚持读一份英文报纸，每个月坚持读一本英文杂志。坚持下来就是量变到质变的过程了。泛读时应该涉猎各种类型的文章，可以先从自己熟悉话题，自己感兴趣的话题开始。泛读时主要体会文章的主要意思，不要总是局限在个别词或者词组的层面上。
3、熟悉英美文化背景
影响阅读速度的因素除了单词量，词组，句法结构以外还有背景知识。在空闲时可以读一些介绍英美国家的读物。
而熟悉英语国家的思政，经济，教育，文化等方面的知识，对于理解语言本身大有裨益。因为语言与文化是不能割裂开的。而且通过文化的角度去体会英文，一定会发现语言的学*不是枯燥的单调记忆过程，而是在心中有一扇崭新的窗户被打开的过程了。
学*英语的作用：
通过这些年的学*生活，我也对英语的重要性得到了更为深刻的认识。
英语的应用无处不在，我们已经身处在一个开口就是英语的时代和地方，英语对于我们而言，就像一日三餐对于人类而言不可或缺，只要这个地球存在，英语就会永远存续下去。
而学好英语这门语言，对于我们来说，会有如下好处：
第一、从小培养良好的英语的听说读写的基础，在相关企业迎接更为复杂困难的英语学*大有裨益；
第二、一旦毕业，选择英语类专业工作将使得我们的成功几率大为增加，比如：除了英语类专业之外，相关专业还有：国际经济法专业、国际贸易类、商务专业、医学专业、国际思政专业、历史专业、考古专业、传媒专业、舞蹈专业、财务专业、文学专业、师范专业、数学专业、工程专业、电子专业、生物技术专业、软件和信息技术专业等，都离不开英语的学*或国外文献资料的查阅，没有良好的英语基础，这些专业领域是不会取得重大建树的。
第三、对于某些重点学校，或者与国外建立了友好交流关系的学校，只有那些具有优势英语的学生才有可能被录取参加国外友好学校的交流活动；

As we know, many people favor the idea that the college life is free and fortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my college life, I divide it into four parts, including study and student activities.
Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the priority in college. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible. I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my life. The college life is wonderful. All life in school are fresh. New teachers, new classmates and fresh friends are around me. I’ve felt their friendship, wide knowledge and opening mind.
