A man and his girlfriend were married. It was a large celebration.
All of their friends and family came to see the lovely ceremony and to partake of the festivities and celebrations. All had a wonderful time.
The bride was gorgeous in her white wedding gown and the groom was very dashing in his black tuxedo. Everyone could tell that the love they had for each other was true.
A few months later, the wife came to the husband with a proposal, "I read in a magazine, a while ago, about how we can strengthen our marriage," she offered. "Each of us will write a list of the things that we find a bit annoying with the other person. Then, we can talk about how we can fix them together and make our lives happier together."
The husband agreed. So each of them went to a separate room in the house and thought of the things that annoyed them about the other. They thought about this question for the rest of the day and wrote down what they came up with.
The next morning, at the breakfast table, they decided that they would go over their lists.
"I'll start," offered the wife. She took out her list. It had many items on it, enough to fill 3 pages. In fact, as she started reading the list of the little annoyances, she noticed that tears were starting to appear in her husband's eyes.
"What's wrong?" she asked. "Nothing," the husband replied, "keep reading your list."
The wife continued to read until she had read all three pages to her husband. She neatly placed her list on the table and folded her hands over the top of it.
"Now, you read your list and then we'll talk about the things on both of our lists," she said happily.
Quietly the husband stated, "I don't have anything on my list. I think that you are perfect the way that you are. I don't want you to change anything for me. You are lovely and wonderful and I wouldn't want to try and change anything about you."
The wife, touched by his honesty and the depth of his love for her and his acceptance of her, turned her head and wept.
In life, there are enough times when we are disappointed, depressed and annoyed. We don't really have to go looking for them. We have a wonderful world that is full of beauty, light and promise. Why waste time in this world looking for the bad, disappointing or annoying when we can look around us, and see the wondrous things before us?

有人说这个世界上没有真正的爱情，所谓的爱情不过是一种谋生的手段而已。
很多人在结婚之初，都认为自己的爱情修成了正果，认为自己拥有世界上最完美的爱情。时间在期许和憧憬中慢慢流逝，日子越过越乏味，感情越来越淡，生活中的柴米油盐酱醋茶，锅碗瓢盆叮当响，愈演愈烈。回想恋爱时的甜蜜，新婚时的幸福，似乎都为现在的生活埋好了炸药。于是，开始整天絮絮叨叨，怨天尤人，感叹现在生活的*淡，家庭琐事的烦恼；甚至开始怀疑当初的选择是否正确，对方是否真的爱自己。
爱情究竟是什么，谁也说不清，或许它只存在于人们的幻想里。谈恋爱其实是作为孩子时期的我们玩的一种高级的游戏，恋爱的双方则是游戏里的好搭档，既然是游戏就必定有输赢，赢了的人满心欢喜，输了的人则去寻找新的搭档，开始新的游戏。当两个人手牵着手，怀揣着满满的喜悦，去领结婚证的`时候，游戏结束了，这时才是两个人真正的开始。
很多人都是因为渴望得到幸福，才走到了一起。什么才算是真正的幸福呢？幸福是个比较级，要有东西垫底才感觉得到。你在羡慕谁，谁又在羡慕你？没有主角认为自己是幸福的，却不料自己的不幸生活也是他人的幸福坐标。或许，我们不一定要痛过比较生活中的高低起伏来获得幸福，但通过认识与比较更过关于幸福的思想与感悟，一定会对幸福生活的本质了解更多、更深
有些人结婚了就把“难得糊涂”当成了自己处事原则。就像大漠中的鸵鸟遇到危险时，它总会把头埋在沙堆里，以为自己看不见就安全了。其实，生活中的吵吵闹闹，是两个人的磨合，也是感情生活的调和剂，不要盲目的把所谓的矛盾当作是背叛婚姻的理由。为什么要找那么多冠冕堂皇的理由？因为你胆怯了，不敢面对现实的生活。谈恋爱时是需要爱情，可是婚姻需要的是感情，需要的是双方付出。爱情不是维系婚姻生活的构体，它只是一剂调味品，感情才是婚姻生活幸福的保护伞。
生活中的烦心琐事就如同空气中的粒粒灰尘，我们无法阻止它们进入心田。所以我们应该已广阔的胸怀去容纳它们，慢慢地、静静地让它们沉淀下来。所以不管婚前怎么样，婚后的幸福生活是需要两个人来经营的，通过改变自己来改变生活的质量，提升婚姻的幸福度。
爱情要穷养，只有经历过风雨和磨难的爱情才能让走进婚姻的爱情具有免疫力，让婚姻更加稳固和踏实；婚姻要富养，唯有富养，才能供养婚姻中不死的爱情。
有篇短文叫《爱能当饭吃》，里面说一锅水只要悉心熬制，也能熬出一杯精华来，女主人公为男友做的银耳莲子羹，他人想分得半杯或一口残羹，也是妄想。可见，爱情是独门独户的，一杯羹就是一道门槛。因为它太耗时费心了，你若不爱他，就会很嫌煲汤的麻烦。因此，爱能果腹。哪怕再穷，只要有水，只要能买得起银耳和莲子，你就能经营好你的爱情。
想想，如果恋爱中的男女什么都是拿来主义，那你又怎能体会到这份爱心呢？有句话叫“坐在别墅里遥想爱情”，可想而知，别墅是个缺爱情的地方，或许别墅里也有爱情，但总让当事人觉得不真实，因为一开始就带有功利性，而且这地方又方便得像超市，无须你悉心为对方付出什么，所以也就无从检验爱情的含金量。
现在是个“无房不婚”的年代，“男有房”就成了婚姻潜规则，有房有车则是谈婚论嫁的“起步价”，所以，男人开出的硬指标是“卖相好，比我小”。富二代相亲几乎就是这么个明码标价，因为他们质疑对方到底是相中了自己的人？还是看上了自己的家产呢？仗着这点不自信，所以先来个以貌取人不吃亏。
多么赤裸的交易！谁又能真心地将自己交付给对方呢？而赤手空拳的人就大可相信对方是冲自己这个人来的，所以，爱也爱得踏实。因为共筑爱巢的过程，哪一个细节都是爱情的试金石。所以，爱情穷养是有道理的。
婚姻似乎正好相反，要富养才能看到伴侣的忠诚与否。有句话叫“可以共患难，不能同甘甜”，说的就是婚姻的变故。大凡在贫困阶段，夫妻二人都能守住这个哆哆嗦嗦的'婚姻，因为需要相互支撑啊！
可一旦走出困境，富了，这似乎是某些人的机会来了，可以过河拆桥了，就开始嫌弃那个“糟糠之妻”，或“犬马之夫”，在外养“小三”还不满足，最后递来一纸休书。这只能说这种人骨子里一直潜伏着色心，只是时机没到而没色胆。那么，贫穷的婚姻，是难以看到色心不色心的，只有让它富起来，才可见到庐山真面目。
在不为生计奔波而物质富足的婚姻里，彼此一开始就能心无杂念地厮守着对方，共享甘甜，这样的婚姻，往往会固若金汤。即使吵吵架，也不妨碍有个“白头偕老”的美满结局。
爱情不需要理由，可以是风花雪月的浪漫，但婚姻却是一种承诺和责任，它包含着“油盐酱醋现实，五谷杂粮需要”。没有经历过爱情的磨难，不谙世事的男女又将如何能经得起“富起来。
女人和男人结婚后，每逢看见别人住豪房、开名车时，总抱怨自己过得不幸福。一个假日，她回到娘家，又在母亲面前抱怨日子过得不如意。母亲笑而不语。
吃饭了，母亲从碗柜里拿出几个碗。这几个碗，有不锈钢的，有细瓷的，还有几个是粗瓷的。母亲说：“孩子，快拿碗盛饭!”
一共四个人吃饭，女人选了四个很漂亮的碗，盛了四碗饭。等女人端起饭碗后，母亲指着那几个被冷落在一边的粗瓷碗说：“孩子，你有没有发现，你用来盛饭的四个碗，都是一些漂亮别致的，而那几个粗瓷碗，虽然也能用来盛饭，但你连一眼都没有瞧它。这很正常，每个人都希望用好看一点的碗来盛饭。”
女人觉得母亲今天有点儿唠叨，但还是认真地听着。母亲顿了顿，又说：“这也是你常常抱怨不幸福的根源了。我们吃饭时，需要的是米饭，而不是碗的好看与否。其实，婚姻的外表，就和我们用来盛饭的碗一样，漂亮不漂亮，只是外在的形式，只有爱，才是盛在碗里的饭。饭香不香，和碗并没有关系，所以，即使你端的是一只粗瓷碗，如果里面盛满了爱，只要你不在意那只碗，你也同样会感到很幸福的!”
女人仔细地听着，不是十分明白母亲的话。直到有一天，女人得了重病，男人在医院里日夜守候在她的床头。为了给她治病，男人甚至把家里的房子卖了，这让女人很感动。
女人的'病终于痊愈。每天清晨或傍晚，人们都能看见男人搀扶着女人在公园里漫步。虽然他们没有了自己的房子，租住在别人的屋檐下，但女人一看到公园里的野花、绿草和树木，两眼都兴奋得发光，因为她感觉到和他在一起，竟是如此幸福!
有一天，母亲笑着问女人：“孩子，你现在还抱怨自己不幸福吗?”
女人*静地说：“妈，有他在我身边，我感觉很幸福，我现在才发觉，婚姻真的是一只碗，而爱才是里面的饭，至于碗好看不好看，这点无关紧要，重要的是，碗里面有没有装着饭!”
经历一场重病，现在，女人终于明白了碗与饭的道理。碗，无论有多好看，如果没有饭，即使它再价值连城，那它也是空的。夫妻之间，如果没有爱，即使家财万贯，双方也会感到苦不堪言。因为只有爱，才会像米饭那样，喂饱我们婚姻中的“胃”，并让我们感到生活的*实和幸福。
