伴随着炎炎夏日的来临，又到了一年的用电高峰期。电力负荷过重、用电量增长过快使息园现有的配电设施已满负荷运转，供电设备不堪重负，且电费支出也给我们单位带来较大的压力。为节约能源，确保正常供电、安全用电，现园部向全体职工发出倡议：从现在做起，从点滴做起，从自己做起，养成节约的*惯，以实际行动开展节约用电活动。
一、全体职工立即行动起来，节约每一度电，营造起节约为荣的氛围。
二、党员干部带头做好节约用电的宣传工作，以身作则，做好表率，提高全体职工节约用电、科学用电的意识。
三、在光线充足的时候，尽可能关闭照明电源或减少照明源的数量。
四、在计算机、复印机和打印机等办公设备长时间不用的情况下，请尽可能关闭电源。
五、工作人员离开办公室时，请随手关闭灯具、空调、办公设备、仪器设备的电源，减少待机耗电。各班组白天应及时关闭各楼层的走道灯和卫生间的照明灯，杜绝开"长明灯"。
六、应积极推广使用节能灯具、节能电器，并尽可能将所有用电设备调至最佳节能状态。

水，是大自然赐予我们的最珍贵的礼物。而流经我们家乡的母亲河，则是我们生生不息的源头，他曾经给我们提供过多么优越的生活环境！

一、在母亲河两旁多植树种草，不能无限制地开垦土地，防止水土流水；
二、减少农药和化肥的使用，沿途污水必须净化处理后再排放，避免污染河水；
三、培养良好的生活*惯和公共道德，不往河里扔垃圾、废品，保护河道清洁；
四、合理利用水资源。节约用水，不乱捕捉、不过度捕捉河中生物；禁止非法采挖沙石；
五、加强环保宣传意识，提高全民保护环境意识。

现在大家的生活条件提高了，但是生活中浪费的现象却十分惊人。为了让大家养成勤俭节约的好*惯，我们建议每个同学做到以下几点：
一、节约学*用品。每人准备一张草稿本，要正反使用。作业本要认真保管，不要随手撕纸。各种笔都要用完再扔掉，不要买许多笔都放在笔袋里。

节约可以分为很多种，有节约用水，节约用电，不过最重的就是节约用水，如果人类没有水，就不能够生存，假设现在没有水，天气很热，人类没有水喝，都会渴死的。水对于我们来说是多么的重要，人类是离不开水的，水就是我们的生命，如果每个人每一天用水，要是把洗脸的水用来冲马桶，这样算下来一共能节约好多水，每人一天节约一升水，再乘上十三亿人，就可以节省十三亿升水，这是多么大的一个数字啊!水是我们生命的源泉，水还可以在许多地方利用的必备品。
水可真是有很大的运用。啊!水一但被污染了，可就不能用了，所以我们要节约用水，保护水资源不被破害。
粮食是我们补充体能的主要物质之一，可是浪费粮食的现象我们却随处可见。
现在我们的生活富裕了，浪费也随着生活的提高而增多了，吃了一半的面包，吃了一口的馒头，吃剩下的白米饭，喝剩下的汤，这些困难时期想吃都吃不到的食物却都被扔进了垃圾桶。也许会有人说，浪费这么一点东西无所谓呀！可是你有没有想过，如果每个人都扔掉那么一点，那么世界将会浪费多少粮食啊？诸葛亮经常告诫他的儿子；“君子之行，静以修身，俭以养德。”这句话告诉我们，生活简朴，可以培养一个人的美德，浪费是一种可耻的行为，只有勤俭节约才可以受到别人的.尊重。
我们从幼儿园就学过：“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”因为我从农村里长大，最能体会这句诗的含义了。在农村，夏天可以随处可见村民们顶着炎炎夏日还在地里除草干活，这是一种多么伟大的精神啊，还有的弓着腰站在滚烫的水中插着秧苗，这是多么辛苦的事啊。当我亲眼看到的时候我完全被惊住了，才懂得一滴汗一滴血这句话的含义。虽然我从小在农村长大，可是家人却很少让我上地里干活，所以我不知这么累。所有这一些，是我董事时，我的妈妈带着我去赶集回来的时候发现的、明白的。
在偏远的山区有很多孩子吃不上饭，吃一次饺子也算是很奢侈的了，可是我们呢，却不知道珍惜现在美好的生活，把粮食就像垃圾一样倒掉，我们不觉得羞愧吗？
所以说，让我们爱惜粮食，节约粮食！

4、上学期的卷子、报纸可以用作草稿，或拿到回收站回收。
