　　家里有两台电脑，我上一台，姐姐上一台。以前暑假中，我为了玩网络游戏，除了做作业的时间，常常会在电脑前泡上三四个小时。现在，我越来越清楚，知道网络游戏不但影响学*，而且十分浪费电，没有做到低碳生活。所以，我尽可能控制自己在原来的时间上减半，其余的时间则用来看书。

　　什么是“低碳”？难道低碳就是很低级的煤“炭”吗？这是我在参加科技馆《话说低碳》展以前，一直萦绕在我脑海里的问题。今天的《话说低碳》参观之旅，让我收获多多，认识了真正的碳，解开了心底的谜。

　　一块块展板上图文并茂的介绍深深地吸引着我。我看到展板上有钻石、石墨、煤炭……，知道了原来它们都是碳；还看到石油、煤炭、天然气的形成，知道了它们里面也有碳，它们的用处可大了。我认真地看着展板上的介绍，心里很不是滋味。突然，我的心好像被谁攥了一下，说不出的难受。展板上那一只蜷缩在一块小小冰面上的北极熊，真的好可怜好可怜呀，它的家在慢慢地消失，它将会成为一个无家可归孩子。我从它的眼神里看到了它对这个世界的无助和绝望。爸爸告诉我这是因为我们人类的过度用碳，导致全球气温变暖，才使可爱的北极熊变成可怜的北极熊。

　　走出科技馆，我的心里一直在想着“低碳”和“高碳”。一路上我看到了一辆辆汽车来来往往，排出一团团尾气，慢慢在空气中盘旋，越积越多，让我们再也看不到那蔚蓝色的'天空。我知道在我们的日常生活中时时刻刻都会产生二氧化碳，生产肉类食物所产生的二氧化碳比生产绿色食品产生的要多得多，而我和爸爸恰好是妈妈常说“肉食动物”，我们这样爱吃肉，其实都在过高碳的生活。我和爸爸约定：从今天开始，我们要少吃肉，远离肉类，过低碳生活。我和爸爸即兴创编了一段顺口溜，寒风里传来清脆的声音——“说低碳，话低碳，我们的生活要低碳。多吃菜，少吃肉，身体健康靠锻炼。坐公交，少开车，出行方式要选择。开空调，用暖气，节约能源不浪费。采石油，挖媒炭，过度开发危害多。人人自觉来行动，远离高碳过低碳。”

　　低碳生活，是目前最提倡的一种生活方式。什么是低碳让我来告诉大家：低碳、低碳，顾名思义，就是较低的温室气体排放，而温室气体以二氧化碳为主。所以，较低的温室气体排放说得通俗点就是较低的二氧化碳排放。那低碳有什么好处呢其实，我们此刻的温室气体排放量已经导致世界气候面临越来越严重的问题，二氧化碳愈来愈多，地球臭氧层正遭受前所未有的危机，世界温度在迅速上升，南极以及北极的众多冰山过度融化，以至于太*洋的许多小岛被海水淹没，科学家预计，如果太*洋的海水再增长，在许多年后，五大洲将被淹没，大家此刻了解到了温室气体过度排放的恐怖了吧。那怎样过低碳生活呢主要有以下几点：
