　　我要写的是我的高中时期的一位班主任，他姓杨。他是高中时期我遇到的第三位班主任，然而，提到班主任老师，我却总是第一个想起他，不只是因为他陪伴我将*两年时间最长，更因为他的一些思想深深的影响了我。

　　（一)初分班拿起自己的学*用具，搬着小箱子走进了七班。虽有几个能叫出名字的同学也在那里，然而，更多的却是陌生。可是我心里却是隐隐高兴的。因为每分班，都是一个新的开始。那时的我总是压抑的，分班可以说是小小的释放压抑的机会吧。你可能不大理解我的这种想法，因为那时我早已厌倦了之前的班级，那里对我来说没有一丝留恋的.地方，沉闷的学*环境，让本就沉闷的我愈加像沉入海底，我迫切期望迎来一块新的土地。我们随意找位置坐了下来，我正发愁因为来的较晚位置虽然属于中间但已偏后，担心前面个子高的同学挡住视野。班里一片喧嚣的时侯，他走了进来。先是指导后来的同学找位置坐下，又嘱咐不要磕碰到。我坐在下面偷偷打量他。年纪大概四十二三岁的样子，很是瘦削。中等个子，更显得他短小精悍。头他把发梳的一丝不乱，面容很是镇定。许是我个人对老师崇拜与敬畏的原因吧，觉得他深不可测，充满了智慧。他明亮的眼睛里闪烁的光芒，足以证明他的思维该多么灵活。然而，我依然觉得那是一个慈祥的人。人都到齐后，他拿出花名册，一一点名。并且让点到的同学站起来作简短的自我介绍或者是对今后班级生活里的一点想法。我早已忘记当时自己说了点什么，然而我却知道相比之前，我那时的紧张已经缩减了不少。过后，我们便到教室外面排队，按身高排座。再次走进班里，他站在讲台上向我们说了一些他的教学观点，我很高兴，因为他提到了劳逸结合，快乐学*。这是我在这里听到的一个全新的词汇。我一直都在实验班，学*压力是比较大的，同学们总是比着劲的学，下课都不怎么出去。我知道自己是不适合这种模式的，所以，尽管很努力，脑子里充满压力，可是成绩最好时不过三百来名。而在这里，在他独特的教学观r念下，我的成绩稳定到了二百来名，并且曾经冲到过一百多名。在这里，我没有之前那样胆战心惊，过多的压力一点点散去，我当真在这里体验到了学*的快乐。

　　（二)快乐学*他不只是我们班主任，还担任物理课教学工作。第一节物理课，我是发懵的。因为，之前的物理老师只是在黑板上板书，在前面讲解，偶尔提问。因为实验班学生水*普遍较好，所以老师们讲课速度是很快的。这也是让我觉得费力的地方。然而，他并不这样讲课。他只是板书了一道大题，进行讲解。其中穿插了很多物理知识，包括上单元的知识点。很是细致，我从未觉得一道物理题竟能如此博大精深，并为能清楚探知而有一点兴奋。然后，他说希望同学们能针对这题将自己的做题思路谈一谈。先后叫了几个同学，我是其中之一。尽管当时并不是融会贯通，但是我精确的记忆了答题步骤，以及每一步骤间的关联。所以回的很是清晰。后来他经常让我复述答题要点，我也基本能答完整。于是，我在物理课上居然开始破天荒的接受表扬了。杨老师好像很喜欢自己讲上一两次，然后由学生复述讲解。他曾说过，有的难题老师讲来讲去你可能都没思路，可是如果由学生讲出来，你可能就会一下子明白。所以他尽可能的让学生参与到教学活动中。因为我们了解了他的教学方式，所以基本都会竖起耳朵来听。物理课就是是师生配合最好的场合了。他喜欢提前来教室。打开笔记本，然后播一些时下流行的歌曲，或者打开多媒体，让我们观看一些精美的mv。后来，如果有晚自*的话，他会把精心找寻到的一些好电影播给我们看。他说希望一方面缓解我们因为过度学*而疲惫的大脑，另一方面也希望这些影片里的一些内容能够对我们有所影响。这些影片开拓了我们的视野，让我对未来有了更多的幻想。他经常给我们讲一些大学校园里的美好生活，并把他的一些故事用十分轻松幽默的话语说出来，我们很想笑，却也尽力憋着。

　　（三)认真负责虽然很幽默，然而他却是及其认真负责的。首先，在卫生方面表现的有些苛责。他要求每个学生脚下的地板都应是干净的。如果发现谁位置那有些脏乱就会立刻指出来。我们班的值日生任务是比较艰巨的，因为用墩布把地擦一遍后，还得用废弃的干的窗帘布再抹一遍。为的是防止再印上脚印。讲桌上也必须没有粉笔灰尘，擦完黑板后还得用布抹一边讲桌。他也会亲自动手打扫卫生，拿着墩布把容易踩脏的讲台附*门口附*擦干净。有时我真想拿过他手里的墩布帮忙擦，然而那时我是那样的内向，甚至没有主动和他说过话。我看他利落的收拾着，好像这里不是教室，而是他的家。因着这样的严格要求和以身作则，我们班的卫生总是排名第一第二。晚自*结束就十点半了。然而他却总是等到同学们差不多都走完了才会离开教室，有我速度慢了，班里只剩下两三个人了，他依然在讲台上凝视后方。这是我遇到的唯一一个等到学生们都走完后才会离开教室的老师。他确实很关心我们。每次大清整，他都会在教室，不只是为了监督，更是害怕我们一时注意不到磕碰到。班，经常听到他的提醒声。搬桌子时，他怕我的手被桌子挤到，急忙呼喊。其实未必会真的挤到，然而我却真的因为他的提醒而心里充满了感动。这就是我最尊敬的老师。

　　每当我站在阳台上，看着小区二期的那一栋栋楼房时，我的脑海里便想起了在二期工地干活的一位工人——张叔叔。

　　张叔叔大概三十多岁，生活十分艰苦，是从农村来到柳州找工作时被聘到我们小区二期的工地里干活的。你瞧！他的那一头浓密乌黑的头发显得多精神呀！方方正正的脸上有粗而弯的眉毛和一双炯炯有神的眼睛。眼睛下面是一个不是很挺起的鼻子，还有那一张能说会道的嘴巴。每天，张叔叔都会穿着一身非常朴素的衣服，干干净净的。见到谁都是先给一个咧嘴的`微笑，让人觉得他十分可亲。而在工作上，张叔叔也是认真负责的。他从来不抱怨工地里吃的怎样、穿的怎样、住的怎样，只是默默无闻的自己的工作岗位上辛勤的耕耘着。天天都数他开工最早、收工最晚，可在发工钱是他却从不计较多少。张叔叔这种对待工作认真负责的态度，使我十分敬佩、喜欢他。

　　记得有一次，妈妈到二期工地上找到张叔叔，请他为我们家再二期买的车库埋水管。张叔叔想也没想就一口答应了，马上提着工具箱向我家的车库走去。可是此时天色已晚，妈妈想让张叔叔明天再来埋水管。但张叔叔说什么也不肯，硬是要现在动工，说是怕明天耽误我们时间。妈妈无可奈何了，只好提着充饱电的充电灯，和张叔叔一起来到我家的车库。在昏暗的充电灯下，张叔叔开始动工埋水管了。

　　他拿着笨重的锄刀，一下一下的砸着坚硬的水泥地，试图开凿出一个坑。随着时间的流逝，水泥地渐渐砸出了一个坑。但张叔叔却已经精疲力竭了。他头上渗出了细细的汗珠，干了一天活的双手已磨出了鲜血，可他全然不顾，仍然卖力的捶砸着。终于，那个坑足够埋下水管了，张叔叔松了一口气。然后，他拿出水管埋在地下，并娴熟的把另一根管子和水管接起来。很快，一大堆工序就全部完成了。张叔叔打开水龙头示范给妈妈看后，便整理好工具箱要走了。妈妈让张叔叔去我们家吃饭，可张叔叔婉转的拒绝了，头也不回的背着工具箱走了。我望着张叔叔渐渐远去的背影，心中油然升起了一种敬佩之情，并愈加喜欢张叔叔了。最*，张叔叔还被评为工地了“工作模范”了！

　　“别被眼前的事所吓倒。”这句话是我旁听时妈妈对我说的，它深深地刻在我的心里。事情是这样：有一天我打羽毛球时，为了接一个“好球”不小心被石头绊倒了，疼得躺在地上不起来，忽听得妈妈说：“孩子，我相信你不会被眼前的事所吓倒。”妈妈说完此话便对我不理不睬，我满以为妈妈会扶我起来的想法化为泡影，我终于“投降”了，我只得依靠另一只手支撑地，坐了起来，妈妈见状急忙跑了过来，依坐在我的身边，妈妈语重心长地对我说：“孩子，你真勇敢，以后做事一定要像今天这样，不被眼前的事所吓倒。”我妈妈就是这样一个“见难不救”、“冷酷无情”的人，但我知道妈妈这样做是为了我好，她的这个举动对我的成长是一次很有益的教育，因为这样做会让我养成一颗坚毅、独立自主的心，是为了让我像树木那样在狂风暴雨中努力生长，不软弱，也不动摇。

　　我妈妈是个“奇怪”的人，有一套“中西”结合的教育理念，她引导着自己的孩子正确走向社会的道路，她在我心中永远是学*的榜样，永远是颗闪亮的星星，永远是一座不朽的“丰碑”。
