Salaries should reflect people’s dedication and job responsibilities. However, sports figures, who don’t benefit the community in general, earn millions of dollars each. In my opinion this is wrong. Things should be done to change this situation.
If we take the example of a sport star such as Tyson, it is hard for us to say in what way he benefits the society. In fact, his disobeying game rules sets a bad example for young people, and his abandoned behavior encourages people to experiment with sex and violence. Besides, his job does not require special skills or years of training and education. Although he can entertain and excite audience, I do not think he is justified to receive so much money and his job can be considered essential.

他勤奋付出的品质值得我敬佩。武大靖刚进国家队的头两年里，教练认为他的天赋**，所以让他当边缘队员和女队陪练。武大靖并没有向困难妥协，而是每天比常人多付出一倍的努力和时间。对于学*上，这种和自己死磕的精神也同样适用。每当我有些科目薄弱时，我不是用在大量的时间责备自己，而是把错题、有问题的地方搞懂，并且多花时间练*，多和老师和同学交流，最终有薄弱的科目成绩也逐渐提高了。
他在赛场上顽强拼搏，超越自我的精神值得我敬佩。2018年，在*昌冬奥会上面对巨大的压力，他为中国队赢得了*昌冬奥会上的唯一一枚金牌。之后他没有激流勇退，选择退役，而是继续训练，积极备战2022年北京冬奥会。这种无止境的追求精神和苏炳添、羽生结弦一样，都给我们青年学生以极大的影响力。对于几个月后的中考，我认为顽强拼搏，不断超越和突破自我也是非常有必要的。在备战中考的过程中，我要向武大靖学*，不怕苦，不怕累，努力搏一把，不断超越自己，全力以赴，定要考上理想的高中。
不认怂，不退役，永攀高峰，挑战不可能，他就是我最敬佩的人物——武大靖!
朋友，你最喜欢的运动员是谁呢？是姚明、刘翔、王浩，还是刘春红、郭晶晶、张宁……这些为国争光的奥运名将，我当然崇拜他们。但他们离我太远，想和他们照张相，都不能。所以，我最喜欢的运动员，还是我身边的一位无名健将。

有一年，县里举办登山赛，他第一个报名。要知道，那是登梵净山。说起梵净山，你应该知道吧。这是贵州最高的山。我去过两次，不说跑，就是走，也累得人上气不接下气，一般的人，要在中途休息好几次才能到达金顶。可他却一口气跑了下来。虽然那次他没有取得名次，但我仍然认为他是最棒的，因为许多人都在中途打退堂鼓了，没坚持得下来，更何况，在参赛的大军中，他的年龄是最大的之一。
还有一年，我们县组织“三·八”秧歌舞赛，他也踊跃参加。当时我肚子都笑痛了，最后他们还获得了第一名。
去年，县里举办“县庆杯”乒乓球赛，他的球其实打得不好，但他看到通知，居然也报了名，还在单位组队参赛。为了提高球技，他经常上网学*，还下载20多集的乒乓球基础教程，给队友们看。那个阶段，他又是队员，又是教练，可累了。为了给单位争光，他每天天还没亮就起床，打电话叫醒队友后，有时早餐也顾不得吃，就到单位练球去了。等到大家上班的时候，他们已经训练了几个小时。晚上，许多人都在做梦了，可他们还在训练。一次，他苦练拉弧圈球，由于用力不当，右手肌肉拉伤，医生建议他休息几天，但比赛的日期眼看就要到了，他没听医生的，擦了一点药，又回到训练场，一天也没停止过。因此他的皮肤从此得了一种搞不清楚的病，一旦遇热出汗，全身就起疙瘩，奇痒难受，西安、北京都去看过，医了几千块钱，至今仍然没有多大好转。尽管如此，他依然坚持参加各种体育活动。
今年春节，县里举办了“春节七天乐”活动，其中一天是安排环城赛跑，他同样报了名。老年组、少年组都有上百人参加，就是他们中年组少得可怜，只有三人，不知那些人都干什么去了？裁判当场宣布中年组不计名次，问他们要不要跑，他说：“当然要跑！”随着号令枪响，他箭一般的就射了出去。我虽然没有报名，但在他的感染下，也跟着少年组跑了起来。
关于这位无名运动员，除了我记忆很深的这些事外，听人说，他曾经还喜欢跳绳、单杠、双杠、打篮球……虽然他从来没得过好名次，但他也从来没停止锻炼过。
是啊，这位无名运动员，不但经常出现在运动场上，他还坚持与时间赛跑。每天他都要坚持看书，坚持写作，至今已发表文章无数篇，据说，他的第二本诗集又要出版了。他，不正是一位与时间赛跑的马拉松健将吗？此刻我在想，他身上体现出来的这种拼搏精神，不正是奥运所需要的精神吗？正是他，时刻影响着我，激励着我，使我越来越不怕困难，越来越变得顽强。
