　　在初中阶段，阅读能力的培养是英语教学的重要内容。在立足于教材的基础上，我利用教材中的课文教学特别是每个单元的reading来培养学生的阅读技巧，了解基本的语法、句法知识。可以把它拿出来作为单独的一节阅读课进行指导训练，在有效利用某种方法对课文进行指导之后，我还利用课外的阅读材料来进行对学生阅读方法的巩固训练，同时还拓展了学生的知识面。课外材料的选择要根据所练阅读技巧以及学*阶段的不同，选取难易适度、长短适中、题材不同的阅读材料，作为教材内容的有益补充。利用课外阅读材料增加词汇量、巩固阅读方法、提高阅读兴趣，最终达到培养阅读能力的目的。

　　二、阅读方法的指导

　　授之以鱼，不如授之以渔。现代教育更重视培养学生的自我发展能力，这就要求教师不仅要教学生“学会”，而且还要教学生“会学”。要用各种方法教会学生“怎样学”,使学生具备学*和运用英语的能力。在阅读过程中根据不同的阅读目的和要求,采取不同的阅读方式和策略,遵循由浅入深,由表及里,由具体到概括的顺序要求阅读。常见的阅读方式有:

　　1、略读:通过整体粗读，领略内容大意,帮助理解，为细读作准备。在进行阅读课教学时要有意识地培养学生找出主题句，抓住中心，使学生理解主题句与文章的具体事实细节的关系，没有主题句的段落就引导学生依靠段落中的衔接、句际关系来分析、推断和概括段落的大意，从而达到整体理解的目的，获得文章表达的正确的信息。

　　2、跳读:寻找所需信息,如年代、数字、人名、地名等把握住关键词，利用语法过渡词，语气转折词及时态等，抓住文章脉络。

　　3、细读：分段细读，注意细节，注意语言结构，处理语言点，抓住主要事实,关键信息，揭示文章结构的内在联系，帮助深化理解。一篇文章是一个有机的整体，段落与段落之间存在着内在的紧密联系，而每段的内容都与主题有着很重要的联系，所以弄清文章结构上的问题，对于把握文章主题、文章大意非常重要。

　　4、推读：推测未直接写明的含义、因果关系以及词义猜测对学生在自学过程中遇到的新的单词、表达法或语法。引导学生学会根据上下文进行猜测，这样既提高了阅读速度又形成了一种能力，这也是英语阅读的关键所在。培养学生猜词的能力是我们在外语教学中十分重要而有意义的一个环节，但是若遇到了关键的词句且影响对文章的理解，则要提倡学生使用手中的工具书，自行查阅解决学*中遇到的困难。

　　5、概读：要求学生从每篇标题,到各个部分都进行概读、以归纳出要点,概括作者的主旨、意图、观点、态度，这样就能了解全文的概貌。概读还有助于学生把握上下文之间的意义联系,培养学生的综合概括能力。对于这些阅读方法我们要在阅读课的过程中一点一点进行练*，每节课选择一种主要的阅读技巧让学生来练*，然后进行综合运用，不能急于求成。并总结一些做题小技巧，可以起到事半功倍的效果，例如：把握主旨推断法。在某些情况下，文中并没有直接提到与题目相关的信息，但我们可以通过文章前后的逻辑关系以及暗示来推敲作者的意图，理解文章的主旨，在以主旨为核心答题。

　　三、有效的阅读提问

　　英语阅读教学中的课堂提问，普遍存在“三多三少”的现状，即一问一答多，独立思考少;尖子生回答多，中下游学生回答少;直接给答案多，分析过程少。因此我们要设计问题诱发学生兴趣，引导学生进行积极的思考。

　　1、提问设计要设阶梯，层层递进，逐级攀登，以完成教学任务。对于教学中的一些重难点，我们尽量设计一些铺垫性的问题，依据学生水*，想方设法化难为易，化繁为简，由*及远，一环扣一环，逐步解决大问题，从心理学和教育学角度看，这是符合学生认知规律的。

　　2、提问设计应有“度”。我们认为这个“度”必须是广义的，它应该包括提问设计的难度、深度(铺垫性设问)、亮度(讲究感情色彩，抓住学生原有知识经验和新接受信息不适应而产生的心理失衡，提出问题，打动学生的心)、跨度(抓住教材重点、难点，问得集中，施行浓缩法，加大问题容量)、角度、精度、密度等，尤其是提问设计中的难易度的把握。提问有一定难度，才能激发学生求知欲，调动学生注意力，刺激学生思维，让学生体会到智力角逐的乐趣。

　　3、提问设计要“巧”。在英语阅读教学的提问设计中，教师对题型的研究，显得十分重要。因为从纵向看，它必须考虑因课堂教学流程中各个时机、环节的不同而不同;从横向看，则要依据教材内容和学生实际有所区别。这就要求教师匠心独运，在“巧”字上下功夫。一般地说，①要采用多种提问方式，如投石激浪式、选择比较式、填充补续式、追踪探因式、检查整理式等。②要讲究操作调控方式。要注意提问的时机、提问的对象、提问的方式、答问的评价等。③要讲究提问的逻辑：问题要合理，问域要适度，概念要清楚，表达要明确，答案要未知。在英语教学中，提问设计的“巧”，越来越显出其重要作用，既能节省教学时间，又能提高教学质量，此法必须持之以恒。

　　英语阅读作为语言技能的重要组成部分，作为语言输入的主要环节之一，在英语教学中占有重要地位。培养学生的阅读能力是主要教学目标之一。

　　新英语课程标准把阅读技能目标描述为:朗读课文并理解大意，找出或获取中心意思、作者意图、观点和态度的相关信息。根据情景、上下文、构词法、句子结构来猜测生词或词组的意思，分析句子结构、理解句子，理顺事件发生顺序，人物行为，预测事件情节发展和可能的结局。通过推理、提取筛选、重组加工信息，解决各种问题。进而培养良好的阅读*惯、阅读策略，形成阅读兴趣，最终提高阅读能力。通过今天听了三节阅读教学的诊断示范课，谈谈我的认知和想法。

　　1、教学观念上的问题：在日常教学中，阅读能力的培养对帮助学生获取更多信息、知识，拓展视野，激发学*兴趣，提高人文素养，提高分析、思考能力、判断能力，从而提高学生综合语言运用能力的重要意义。因而对它的研究不够重视。

　　2、日常教学中的问题：在阅读教学中，大多数时候把阅读当精读;教学过程就是讲解生词、补充词组、罗列搭配、逐句逐段分析，句子结构、语法等。有时候把阅读当作课外阅读上，划词组，对对答案。学生自读后仅了解一下故事情节。由于教学方法单、陈旧，学生感到乏味，没有阅读兴趣，很能锻炼他们的阅读能力。

　　3、教学方法上的问题：没有形成一套科学有效、易操作、体现新英语课程标准、体现学生主体作用，激发学生阅读兴趣，促进学生体验参与，形成学生良好的阅读*惯，从而提高学生阅读能力的教学方法。对英语阅读教学的研究不够、实践不多，忽视了对教学方法的研究。

　　4、在课程设计上的问题：在中学英语教学中，阅读虽是语言技能的一部分，但学生阅读量和阅读时间得不到保证，阅读仅是体现于课堂教学中的一部分训练。上课没有明确的教学目标、教学计划。问题的设置过于单一和简单。

　　针对以上出现的问题，作为教师，要重新理清思路，加大对阅读理解教学的重视程度。教师应有目的、有针对性地合理运用已有的课本阅读教学资源组织好阅读教学，在教学中探索科学有效的教学方法，培养学生良好的阅读*惯，提高学生的阅读能力。

　　转眼间，为期三天的继续教育即将结束，在尹老师的细心讲解和自己的潜心学*下，我明白了语文的精髓，知道了教学的重中之重。这次学*让我对语文知识的教学又有了新的认识，似一盏明灯照亮我今后前进的道路。

　　通过学*，我知道原来语文教学的每一个环节都是一种智慧，语文课堂就是让学生发现自己、肯定自己、展示自己成功的舞台，“只要我们另起一行”，每名学生都是独特的，也是出色的。也知道了语文的精髓就是在听、说、读、写四个方面做文章，我的语文课堂也必须时时刻刻从提高学生这四方面为宗旨。概括的说，就是通过语文学*，培养学生具有辨别语音、理解语意、评品话语、即用听觉去辨别世界；能正确使用语言，有效地组织语言表情达意，同时能运用姿势，表情，手势以增强语言的表现力，能正确完成阅读活动。它包括认读、理解和一定的速读能力。能用书面语文传递信息，反映客观事物的能力。学*语文，兴趣很重要，语文水*的提高要积以时日，非一朝一夕之功。因此，首先要从培养兴趣入手，必须创造一定的条件，构建一种语文学*的气氛，为了引发和培养学生学*语文的兴趣，解决精神食粮的不足，语文学*环境不佳的状况，应有一定数量的藏书，如特别是中外文学名著（古代、现代）；应有必要的工具书，如字典，词典；有条件的话还应订一些报章杂志给一些适合学生阅读的关于自然科学和社会科学方面的书，以开拓学生的知识视野，且注

　　意引导示范，把精彩内容介绍给学生，以逐渐培养学生学*语文的兴趣。

　　除此之外，要想有高效的语文课堂，作为教师的我们还应该认真研读课标，把课标学*与教材教法研究结合起来；要钻研新教材、理解和把握新教材，用好新教材；要重视教学反思、个案研究和收集；要牢记验证课标和检验教材的实验任务。既要转变教的方式又要转变学的方式，培养和形成“自主、合作、探究”的学*方式。通过改变新的教学方法，希望可以使学生在课堂上踊跃发言，积极主动的学*，学生对语文课的兴趣有较大的提高。在实践工作中，我将不断总结反思，撰写教学日记、教学案例、教育随笔等；努力把教学工作做得更好，使课堂教学呈现出民主、和谐、生动活泼的新面貌。

　　我觉得“开卷有益”确实是一个真理，每当我“开卷”时，总能获得一些收获，这正是激励我不断学*的动力所在。

　　我非常庆幸我参加了咸宁举办一场绘本阅读的讲座，由南京师范大学、台湾信谊学前教育研究中心教研员主讲。老师在讲座中主要与我们讨论了三个问题，什么是早期阅读，为什么要进行早期阅读，幼儿园如何开展早期阅读。叶丽老师绘声绘色的经验讲述给我留下了深刻的印象，让我获益匪浅。

　　首先，什么是早期阅读？即0-6岁学前儿童凭借图像、文字或**的讲、读，来理解婴幼儿读物的活动过程。老师认为：学前儿童的阅读特点是：听声音+看图画=理解故事。早期阅读不等同于早期识字，不识字也能阅读，识字多不一定会阅读，过度强调识字会让孩子对阅读产生厌倦，孩子需要通过有意义的上下文情境自然而言的识得汉字。

　　其次，为什么要进行早期阅读？有研究数据表明，大约美国学*困难儿童的80%属于阅读困难之列。研究发现了早期阅读与后期阅读的关系，即对未来阅读能力和学业成就具有预测作用。因此研究者们正视到阅读是学*的基础，是人的成功基石。老师认为，早期阅读可以促进幼儿的多元发展，如语言发展，老师向我们展示了《老鼠偷吃了我的糖》《瀑布》《凤凰飞》等幼儿绘本；阅读能力的提升，如《多多什么都爱吃》，通过对图片的阅读，分**实和想象；阅读兴趣和*惯的养成，绘本阅读可以帮助幼儿从小养成良好的阅读*惯，形成浓厚的阅读兴趣；认知、情绪和社会性的发展，如《山丘上的约会》，让幼儿学会用真心与人交往，不以貌取人；审美素养的积淀，积累审美经验，发展幼儿审美能力。

　　最后，幼儿园如何开展早期阅读？老师从以下几方面为我们总结了经验：

　　（1）书本的选择是早期阅读的首要任务。

　　图书的题材、体裁要多元化，给幼儿多元的阅读感受；艺术表现形式要多元化，为幼儿提供审美的素养；要考虑中国文化的介入。

　　（2）围绕书本，有计划、有目的地***教学活动。

　　集体教学活动要符合幼儿的阅读发展目标；紧紧围绕读本特点；紧密围绕读本特点；关注系列活动的层层推进；关注教学策略的多样性。

　　（3）让阅读融入孩子的一日生活。

　　（4）营造丰富多元的阅读环境。

　　（5）转变家长观念，引领亲子阅读。

　　怎样念图书给孩子听？熟悉故事的内容，流畅地叙述；运用音色、音速、音高，展示不同角色的对话；根据角色需要，加入幼儿熟悉的歌曲；讲述时情绪自然、准确；适当地留有空白悬念，提出问题引发幼儿思考。

　　在讲座的尾声，老师向我们介绍了国内第一套专业早期阅读课程――《幸福的种子》。早期阅读对幼儿起着至关重要的作用，我们作为幼儿教师，更要专注幼儿在这一方面的教育，将更好、更优秀的读本向家长及幼儿推荐、普及并运用到教学里面去。
