　　起初，我只会简单地拍几十下球。上了一年级后，妈妈给我报了篮球兴趣班。我在篮球兴趣班里学到了许多关于篮球的知识。比如运球、体前变向、三步上篮、传球……有了教练的专业指导，我在打篮球方面有了很大的进步。到了二年级，我进了篮球阶梯队。不过，我一定不能骄傲。

　　现在，我每天都会出去打一次篮球，我觉得打篮球乐趣无穷。记得有一次，我和爸爸去打篮球。我先发球，可是爸爸一下子就抢到了球，一个三步上篮，拿下了一分。接着到爸爸发球。我使出九牛二虎之力防守着，爸爸和我绕来绕去。忽然，爸爸找准时机，一个三分球，进了！接下来，更不用说，都是爸爸赢。我并没有灰心，在回家的路上，我想：我一定要更加努力练*。

　　从小到大我都是一个非常喜欢做运动的人，每一次做运动的时候，我都能够感觉到我自己是非常的快乐的，我非常的享受着运动的时光，因为我每一次运动的时候，我都忘记许许多多我原本无法忘记和忽视的烦恼，运动能够让我的身心得到一定的解脱和释放。各种各样的体育运动我都有着一些涉猎。像足球篮球排球这样的三大球对我来说都是再正常不过。

　　其中我最喜欢的一项运动就是篮球了。从我一年级的时候我就开始打篮球了，我认为篮球是一项非常有竞技性的体育运动，每次我打篮球的时候，我都要想着去如何与我的队友们去更好的配合，我想着我应该要怎么样才能够更好的发动下一次的进攻，在防守的时候我应该要怎么要去做才可以更好的限制住对方的得分。

　　篮球对于我们来说绝对不仅仅是个人英雄主义，而是一个非常注重团队配合的游戏，只有我们配合得好了，我们才能够去创造出属于我们的胜利。如果我们的队伍里面有着一些喜欢单打独斗的人，那么我们就会非常容易饿失去比赛的胜利。团结的去进行配合这就是我喜欢打篮球的一个最重要的原因了。

　　我喜欢的活动有很多：足球、篮球、捉迷藏等，其中我最喜欢玩的是踢足球。

　　今天早上最后一节课是体育课，我们八个人踢足球，四人一队，我和张洛丛、张渭丛、李少鹏为一组。

　　比赛开始了，我们的对手都非常厉害，我队先发球，张洛丛踢了一个爆球，我们队的队员就冲上去拣球，可是对方有一个跑步健将抢到了球，我们队都叹了一口气，我赶紧鼓励起来，不要灰心，加油！听了这句话我们队的队员都一个个打起精神。

　　首先，我上去抢球，球抢到了，用力向对方的球门踢过去，可惜被对方抢到了，我队的张洛丛去抢没抢到，张渭丛去抢球，费了九牛二虎之力，终于抢到了，传给了我，我使出吃奶的力气向对方球门踢过去，中了！中了！我方的队员跑过来激动地把我抱住，体育老师宣布上半场比赛结果1：0。

　　休息了一会儿，下半场开始了，这次是对方发球，我队张洛丛连忙上去抢球，没抢到，又该张渭丛了，遗憾的是也没抢到，我队的另一个队员李少鹏冲上去抢球，抢到了足球，传给了张渭丛、又传了张洛丛，接着传到了我，我心里在想，该我表演技术的的时刻到啦，我一脚向对方球门踢过去，不料，被对方的一个人接住了足球，踢向了我们的球门，结果踢进去了。这一局真是又高兴又刺激的足球比赛，下半场比赛结束。

　　这一次比赛让我流连忘返，或许这就是一次难忘的活动吧！

　　我家门前有一个篮球场。小时候，我经常看见大哥哥、叔叔们在那个篮球场打篮球。我非常佩服他们投篮投得那么准。渐渐地我开始喜欢上了打篮球。

　　在我七岁那年，爸爸为我买了第一个篮球。它虽然不起眼，却让我在篮球技术突飞猛进了。我拿到它后，不管天气有多冷多热，每天一有空闲就去练球。打篮球成了我最热爱的运动。只要有一天不打，我心里就会觉得不踏实。

　　我最爱投三分球，我的三分球不算太准，能保持在50%左右。我的姿势也很酷，像大帅哥。

　　每天一放学，就是和同学们在篮球场尽情尽兴的打一场比赛。打篮球时，我们玩得大汗淋漓，穿的运动衣回到家甚至能拧下水滴来。

　　打乒乓球比我想象中的难多了。别人在玩耍、看电视的时候，我却要去练球，手不停的挥着，接老师打过来的球。脚要不停的换位子，眼睛死死的盯着球，要集中精力，稍不留神没接着球，就挨老师批评。一个动作要练上百遍，直到老师满意为止，才能停下来休息。刚开始还能坚持，后来我还在家里发了几次脾气说要放弃打球，可最终还是去了，因为我最喜欢的运到就是它。

　　我打算以后练球坚持到底，还要学*别人打球的时候，怎么接住难球的技巧。所以我不但要自己刻苦练球，还经常看一些冠军打球。比如说王浩、马琳等。他们不但技术好，还有不放弃，不服输的拼搏精神，给了我很大的影响。

　　刚开始学游泳的我糗态百出，一开始只会乱打乱拍，两只脚更是不听使唤的乱踢，溅的水花四处飞，加上又不会换气，所以始终是在原地踏步，也渐渐的开始对游泳有点心灰意冷，若不是家人给我鼓励和信心，我早已对自己放弃了。

　　我最喜欢游泳。

　　我看见电视里跳水、游泳、水上芭蕾运动员，在水池里都可以像鱼儿一样自由自在地游来游去，希望我也可以像他们一样在水里展现个人风采。

　　有一天妈妈给我报了一个游泳班，我刚来的时候，还害怕进到深深的水里，但是我慢慢的学会了憋气，从此以后就再也不怕水了。

　　游泳有好多种泳姿，比如自由泳、蛙泳，我学的是蛙泳，就是像青蛙一样，在水里用手向后用力一划，两条腿用力向后一蹬，整个身体就窜了出去，感觉好神奇啊！
