Many college students take part-time jobs in their spare time.Whether it is good or bad is still subject to constant debates.
Some people believe that taking a part-time job certainly brings about several advantages.To begin with,students can learn how to get along with people and know the society better by taking a part-time job.Furthermore,to take a part-time job provides the students with a valuable opportunity to put what he has learned from books into practice.Finally,students can make some money,which helps to unload their families' financial burden.
However,problems may also arise.Firstly,some students spend too much time doing part-time jobs while neglecting their studies.Secondly,when taking part-time jobs,the students may be distracted from their studies by the colorful lives in the society.Thirdly,some students may be cheated or hurt by their employers,because they don't know how to protect themselves.
As for me,I share the view that college students need to step out of the campus and take some part-time jobs if their schedule permits.After all,it opens them a window to know about the society,which is essential to their maturity.

二、 制定措施，认真组织开展秋检工作。根据上级秋检工作总体要求，以风险辩识范本为依据，结合土建队安全工作的实际情况，我们主要组织了一下安全检查。1、各施工队使用小型机械及配电工器具安全可靠使用，职工和施工队人员安全教育培训考核落实；2、施工现场工作负责人履行职责；3、施工现场安全和三措一案、作业指导书落实；4、开展反*惯性违章；5、施工现场文明施工；6、工程质量安全等。在检查的方式上我们采取了“三个结合”，突出四个为主：队查和施工队自查相结合；队组织检查和现场工作负责人检查相结合；重点检查和普查整改相结合。以自查自改为主；以现场安全管理为主；以机械正确安全操作使用为主；以查人身触电、高空坠落为、*惯性违章为主。通过开展秋季安全大检查，有力的促进了安全工作的落实。
三、 检查中存在问题：通过认真开展秋季安全大检查活动，使我们发现了存在的薄弱环节。我们的主要问题：
1、安全认识有差距。通过多种形式的安全教育培训，职工的安全意识虽然有很大的提高，但在个别职工和施工队员中还存在有“我们不是主业人员，搞土建工作，做个基础、砌块砖，一般情况下不会发生事故。
2、主要使用农民工，没有经过正规教育和训练，安全意思较差。因而在变电所施工中，跨越遮栏、工具肩扛、躲在背处吸烟等现相时有发生。
3、是现场工作负责人，在安全监护中，实行全过程、全方位、全员安全监护不够，十月份发生的电缆破损事件，就充分说明了这一点。
四、 整改措施：
１、加强安全培训教育，提高安全意识。针对农民工安全意识不强，安全意思较差的实际情况，土建队加强对农民工使用的控制和管理，组织经常性的安全教育培训，认真学*安规知识和各种安全规章制度，提高安全意识，增强安全工作的自觉性。
２、加强对现场安全工作负责人的教育，使其明确职责和责任，忠于职守，严格安全监护。
３、提高执行力，持续的开展反*惯性违章活动，加强现场安全督促检查，善于发现问题和纠正问题，敢于同*惯违章作斗争，对违章行为不迁就、不放过、不讲人情，严格落实奖惩制度。
４、认真落实风险辩识和风险评估工作，明确标准要求，规范安全行为，提高安全工作水*。
本学期，我们小学片区二（都城片区）在县教研室的正确领导和片区各镇、县教师工作室以及全体兼职教研员的积极配合下进行了三次大型的片区教研活动。
在这些活动中，基本按计划如期开展的同时也略有调整。因为我县于4月20—21日组织教师参加了广东省第九届小学数学优质课观摩比赛活动，为了使片区教师深刻理解数学思想方法在数学课堂中的应用，努力提高片区数学教师的理论水*和教学素养，分享广东省第九届小学数学优质课观摩比赛的成果，所以我们片区根据教研室的指引对5月份的活动进行了调整，把原来的语文教研活动改为联合杨丽芬教师工作室举行数学汇报课活动。
本学期我们片区开展的各项教研活动既有兼职教研员的引领示范，又有xxxx支教老师的帮扶，更有来自县教师工作室和一线骨干教师的展示汇报，这些活动的开展得到了县教研室领导和片区学校的充分肯定和一致好评，取得了以下效果：
1、为片区教师搭建了交流成长的*台。

兼职教研员在这些活动中全过程参与，经历了活动的筹划，活动过程的指导，活动中的主持、观课、议课等一系列活动，既得到了磨炼，又得到了成长，积累了经验。
存在不足
1、教研活动形式还欠多样化，教研质量还有很大的提升空间。
2、兼职教研员教学任务重，没有时间及时把教育教学中的点滴积累下来发表到博客分享。
3、还不能充分调动片区学科骨干教师参与到片区的教研活动中，离创新教研还有距离。
改进措施
1、创造性地开展片区教研工作，力求形式多样，务求实效，做到以教研促课改，以教研促教育教学质量的提高。每次活动力求专题化，不做无主题的活动研究。
2、加强片区教研的管理。注重教研质量，充分发挥片区教研*台的合作交流作用，求真务实，避免片区教研趋向走形式，逐步实现片区教研资源互补、整合和共享，提高片区各校的教研教学水*，形成较浓厚的教科研氛围，促进各校的教育教学质量再上新台阶。
3、充分调动片区教师参与活动的积极性，使教研活动真正转化为教师内在的需求，能把片区教研作为促进自己专业思考、专业成长的有效载体。
4、明确每一位兼职教研员的职责，有计划地给他们合理的分工，既分工，又合作，共同承担兼职教研工作，使活动有序开展。兼职教研员要及时积累教育教学经验，让兼职教研员养成勤研究、勤反思、勤写作的良好*惯。
5、按照《xx县XX年兼职教研员资金管理方案》合理支配教研资金，为教研活动的开展提供有力的经济保障，使教研工作更有成效。
自从20xx年3月下学期被学校聘为兼职教研员以来，本人能积极参与学校的教育教学科研活动中，收获不少，现总结如下：
