那是一个星期天的中午，我躺在床上看书，突然一阵饥饿袭来。我大叫了一声：“老妈，做饭了！”可是没有回应，冲进老妈的房间，这时才恍然大悟——今天是星期天老爸老妈要加班。我默默的坐在沙发上，摸着“咕路咕路”叫的肚子，于是下定决心我自己做一顿饭，我走进厨房，看着各种各样的厨具和菜，不禁让我眼花缭乱。
听奶奶说：“蒸米饭时盛一碗米，要倒两碗水。”我就按奶奶说的，我把米淘干净后和水一起倒在电饭锅里蒸;然后把要炒的菜洗干净，该做第一道菜“土豆丝”，首先把土豆洗干净，削皮后切成细丝，开火放锅，倒油后让它把油烧热，把葱洗好，切好放入，油温正好的锅中，由于我的疏忽，没有把上面的水甩干净，油星溅了出来，有几滴溅到我的手上，“疼痛难当”是我最想表达的，我“啊”的一声大叫起来，可是饥饿盖住了疼痛，我将洗净的土豆倒入锅中，这次我吸取教训，用漏斗把水甩干净，才倒进去的，放入作料翻炒了几下，焖了几分钟，美味的土豆丝便出锅了，我又把妈妈上午买的豆花放下锅，我回想妈妈弄豆花的样子，我也学着她，先把豆花放下锅，再放盐，味精，加酱，加醋，再煮一会就好了，我把豆花添到碗里，正准备端上桌子的时候一部小心把豆花打翻在地上，撒了一地，碗也碎了，我真是太大意了，我只好再做一个菜了，我这个菜炒得是番茄炒蛋了。我向锅里倒了一些油，然后鸡蛋迫不及待的'滑了下去，成了炒蛋了，差不多后又倒入切好的番茄。使劲的炒，终于皇天不负有心人，我成功做好了，虽然颜色不怎么样，而且味道不怎么样。
但是我还是努力了滴，经过一个小时的时间，我总算弄好了两个菜，我把这两个菜.端到桌子上，我打开电饭锅，一股热气扑面而来，我闪了一会就拿出一个碗成了一碗饭，我开始吃了，饭还是生不生熟不熟的，我只好将就将就了。我通过这第一次做饭的经历，明白了看似简单的事做起来也是挺不容易的，也明白爸爸、妈妈他们的辛苦！
在暑假的一天，我爸妈都出差了，只剩下我和我哥哥在写作业，到中午12点了，我们都饿了。"我们做蛋炒饭吧！"我说，"好啊。"他们拍手叫到。
我们先打开煤气灶，"咦，怎么打不开呢？"哥哥说。我说煤气没打开，他把煤气打开，火苗一下子就烧起来了，先热锅，大约半分钟。再放食油，然后磕两个鸡蛋，"哗"的一下倒进去，翻了几下，哥哥见鸡蛋蓬松了，忙把昨天吃剩的饭倒了进去，抄了一会儿，哥哥说"加点胡椒粉和酱油。"我忙拿出酱油和胡椒粉放进锅里，一会儿工夫，就好了。我们一人盛了一碗便吃了起来"咦。怎么有点酸，"我说。"我尝尝，恩，是有点酸。"哥哥也说。
"这是怎么回事？""我知道了！酱油！"我说。于是我和哥哥一起去厨房看"酱油"。啊！这那是酱油，这是一瓶陈醋。原来我刚才心急把陈醋当成了酱油，才把香喷喷的"蛋抄饭"做成了"酸饭"。
"哈哈"哥哥笑了，我不知道是在笑我还是在笑"酸饭"。总忘不了做饭这件事，因为通过这件小事，使我明白了一个道理：做任何事都不能马虎。
寒假的一天，我做完作业，看见妈妈正准备煮饭。心想：每天看妈妈煮饭，似乎挺容易；老师经常教育我们在家要多参加一些力所能及的家务劳动，我为什么不学着煮饭来减轻妈妈的负担呢？想到这儿，我就对妈妈说：“妈妈，今天煮饭，让我来试试吧。”妈妈看了我一眼，笑着说：“你能行？那我们中午可以享受一顿焦米饭了。”“妈，您别这么瞧不起人嘛！”我又生气又撒娇地说。“好，那你就试试吧！”妈妈说。
我接过饭锅，忙着淘米。冬天的水冰凉刺骨，我的双手几乎冻麻了。我强忍着，心想：得顶住，这可是个考验啊！淘好米，又放进水，便往煤气灶上一搁，让它煮起来了。那浅蓝的火苗舔着锅底发出呼呼的声响。我悠闲地站着，心想：谁说煮饭难呢？瞧我今天的手艺吧。饭正煮着，反正有一段时间呢，何不见缝插针，看一篇电影故事呢？正看得人神，忽然，妈妈大声说：“饭烧糊啦！”糟糕！我心慌意乱，急忙去揭锅盖，不小心，又烫着了手。刚刚揭开锅盖，一股浓重的焦味，直扑鼻端。唉！终于被妈妈言中了。我呆呆地站着，傻眼了，妈妈走了过来，沮和地说：“刚学煮饭，哪会一次就成功呢？不过，你要小心地看着灶火，做任何事都要精力集中。”接着又把煮饭的要领对我重讲一遍，让我晚上再学煮一次。
傍晚，我又煮起了米饭。这回，我精力集中，再不走神了。不一会儿，水开了，锅内乳白色的泡沫，直往锅盖缝隙处蹿。蒸汽的冲力把锅盖顶得“啪啪”响。我把火开小，过了一会儿，米饭煮熟了。
晚上，我尝着自己煮的香喷喷的米饭，吃得津津有味。因为，这是我们自己劳动的果实啊！
今天是星期六，想学一些家务。做什么好呢？思来想去，我决定做鸡蛋炒柿子。我把这个想法告诉了妈妈，没想到妈妈欣然同意了，我高兴地跳了起来。
总算盼到做饭的时候了。我来到厨房，从冰箱里拿了两个西红柿、三个鸡蛋，准备开始炒菜。
我先把柿子洗干净，再切成小块，放在一边，然后开始打鸡蛋。我拿起第一个鸡蛋，轻轻一磕，没有打开。我又多用了一点力气再一磕，还是没有磕开。鸡蛋鼓着肚子，好像在神气地说：“你那么小，想磕开我，没门儿！”我很不服气，对自己说：“谁说我磕不开鸡蛋？”我用力一磕，鸡蛋终于破了一个口。我顺着口用手一掰，蛋清弄了我一手。

妈妈把炒锅放在炉灶上，往锅里倒了一些油。一会儿油冒烟了，我把鸡蛋倒进了锅里，炒成了一块一块的，盛到盘子里。然后我再把柿子倒进锅里炒，还放了一些调料。等柿子熟了后，我把鸡蛋倒进锅里再炒几下，鸡蛋柿子炒均匀后，我把它们盛到盘子里，端上了饭桌。

我把油轻轻倒在锅里，“砰”的一声，火点燃了，油在锅里“吱吱”作响，好像在说：“可以了，快放鸡蛋吧！”接着把鸡蛋倒进锅，可是一个不小心把碗边的水也带了下去，顿时锅里炸开了“噼里啪啦”油星四溅，我连忙把米饭放进锅里，快速翻炒，锅铲在锅边砸的“叮叮咚咚”，就像在进行一场激烈的战斗。突然我想起了忘了准备葱花，急忙找来小葱，打开水龙头，“哗哗哗”快速地给小葱洗了个澡，再用刀“嚓嚓嚓”切好放进锅里，再加点盐，来回搅拌，啊！真香。正准备用锅铲把饭盛进碗里，忽然“噼里哐啷”一声巨响吓我一跳，原来是我刚才太慌张把装鸡蛋的碗给打碎了。
终于好了，可以开饭了！心里有说不出的快乐，这是我第一次独自做饭，虽然有些慌乱，可是我为自己的杰作感到自豪，我想这就是爸爸常说的“自食其力”吧。

一、反思学生
在村小，教师面对的都是一些没有英语基础的十来岁的孩子，要让他们听懂、会说、会认、会写词句，难度是很大的。要做好工作，只有永不言弃。
二、反思教材
目前用的马承英语教材，内容太多，次序不科学、缺少趣味性。内容多造成单词量大，每节课学生要接触十到二十个单词，学*量大；编排时课文在前，学*时却放在后，单词教学却恰恰相反。有点哗众取宠的感觉。应本着教学规律编排；课本虽介绍了一些游戏，但操作起来不是很理想；就内容本身而言，缺少童趣。如chant中能尽量不出现新词，而以课文中出现的单词为主；Practise中的问答也如此，也许会好些。
三、反思课程设置
现在，村小的英语老师至少要跨两个学校，课程设置很不合理。有的学校一周只有一天课，学生要认读二、三十个单词，要达到预期目标谈何容易！每天至少应有一节课。英语老师尽量不跨校。课程的设置应科学化，应遵循学生的认知规律。
四、反思考核方式
还是简单的答卷形式。只考了听、写，没检查说、用，学以致用不过是一句空话。
五、反思学*环境
学*环境太少，除了课堂几乎找不到。如果年青的父母们能懂一点英语，在孩子呀呀学语的时侯，就能教孩子说一些常见的事物的英文，能在孩子学龄前解决说的问题，那么英语教学就不会这么被动了；如果学校能创设英语角，将校本课的时间交给英语老师，让她们带领学生说、玩、唱、跳、演、画、一定能提高孩子学英语的兴趣。须知兴趣时最好的老师。
综上所诉，搞好英语教学应校内、家庭、社会三者互相配合，目标一致。让我们的孩子学的快乐，学的扎实善用。

在英语的教学过程中，学*的环境是非常重要的。除了教室要整洁、优美之外，教师要营造一个轻松而又愉快的学*环境，教师以*等、诚挚、友善的态度对待每一位学生，有助于培养学生的自尊心。教师全面关心学生，不仅关心他们的智力发展，而且还关心他们的思想道德和生活*惯，将有助于学生的全面的发展，良好的师生关系能使教师了解学生，发现他们的特点，促进学生身心健康的发展。对学生来说，他们就会主动接*教师，拥有自我表现的冲动和欲望。也缩短了教师与学生之间的距离，使整个课堂的学*气氛浓烈。在学*My family 这课时，我在导入部分则用了歌曲“Boy and girl”。让学生一开始就对学*产生兴趣，没有压卷感，自然而然学起来就轻松很多了。

教师就像是导演，而学生就是演员。一部电影是否能成功上演，演员是最重要的'成分之一。我们的教学工作也是如此，学生的地位是不可忽视的。在教学工作中，教师要及时反思自己的教态、导入方式等形式，学生是否能接受。同时所运用的教学方法学生是否喜欢，这些都是要及时考虑的问题。在教学结束后，反思学生是否积极的参与学*过程？学生的知识和能力有没有发展？而要做到这一点，教师有必要经常走*学生，不断与学生沟通，这样才能使课堂形成富有情趣的、精彩纷程的教学过程。()所以说，一堂课的成功于否不在于自己设计的有多么的精彩，同时还取决于学生对知识的认识和掌握程度。就是因为这样，我们更加要反思我们的学生。培养自己和学生的情感，多多了解他们的生活。这才能上好一堂满分的课。

在英语教学中，教材也是不可忽视的一块内容。特别是教学目标，教学目标是影响整堂课成功于否的重要因素。在课前就要多问几个为什么，我为什么要这样设计我的教学过程。为什么要让学生做这样的活动等等。反思自己所定的教学目标是否符合新教材的特点，是否符合学生的实际情况。是否达到教学目标的要求。在教学过程中，我发现，对于不同的学生和不同的班级就要有不同的目标，学生的学*特点和与能力都存在差异，比如：有的学生记忆能力强，学*单词的速度就很快，有的学生上课活泼好动，但他的纪律性不强。这就要求老师有不同的教学方法，因材施教，适时调整教学目标。
