这次的参观活动，使我认识了遵守交通规则的重要性，体会到了交警们工作的辛苦。宝鸡已经创建成为全国文明城市，就让我们每个人从今天起，踏上文明的道路，做一名交通文明的传播者，时刻理解交警辛勤无悔的付出，将交通文明带给身边的人吧！
金秋十月，又一个国庆长假到了，我为了收集一些学*上的重要资料，便决定在父母的陪同下去上海书城购书。
这一天一大清早，天还下着蒙蒙细雨，可这并不会打消我们的计划。按照计划，我们一行三人乘车来到了位于福州路上的上海书城。一进书城，这里秩序井然，每一位顾客都在认真的挑选着自己的书，也没有人大声喧哗，我也迫不及待的查找起了自己想要的资料。
我来到了专门买学*资料四楼，顺手拿起了一本作文大全翻看起来，正当我看得津津有味的时候，我发现其中的一篇文章怎么也对不起来，仔细一看，原来这中间一页不知被谁撕掉了，谁这么缺德，为了自己得到方便，竟然不顾别的读者，这种人太不爱护书了。于是，我放下了那本残缺不全的书，另外再找了一本，可没想到的是，这本书翻开来，有好几页上都被人用笔涂画得面目全非，我懊恼极了，心想：这种人也太没有素质了，来买书本来是为了上进，可这样一来却是糟蹋了书，如果让我看到，我可一定要阻止。
挑挑拣拣的，我终于把自己需要的书给找好了。于是，我捧着书来到了父母阅览的地方。我漫不经心地左右环顾，突然，我看见不远处有一个比我大两三岁的小男孩，他正拿着一本动漫书翻看着，可眼睛却在四下张望，手里拿着一张随书赠送的卡通光碟，准备放进口袋里。我的心紧张得快要跳出来了，仿佛是我在干坏事，我想走过去阻止，可又怕被人说多管闲事，说不定还被人打一顿，反而吃力不讨好，心想：今天就算了，下次再看到我再管吧。可又想如果每个人都这样，那以后碰到这种事就更没人管了，那书城这种良好的学*氛围就被破坏了。于是，我鼓足了勇气走了过去，轻声的对那个大同学说：“请你把东西放回原处，我都看见了。”没想到那个人却瞪大了眼睛看着我，恶狠狠地对我说：“少管闲事，否则揍你。”我吓得不敢吱声了。这时候，爸爸走过来问我发生了什么事，我一五一十地说了，爸爸就对那个人说：“你觉得你这样做对吗？如果每个人都象你一样，那这种残缺不全的书还有谁会要，如果你买了这样的书，你会开心吗？．．．．．．”那个人听完爸爸的话，羞愧地低下了头，并把碟片拿了出来放回了书里。看着他终于回心转意了，我也高兴地笑了。
虽然这件事在别人看起来太微不足道了，可对我来说却意义非凡，因为我也敢于向不良行为说“不”了。
上联：和风和雨和事和人和谐社会下联：美山美水美情美景美好时光横批：文明如画？“文明在哪里，我来告诉你……”这是高密电视台的一首热播歌，从歌词里不难看出人们对文明的重视。文明就在我们身边，藏在我们的生活中，触手可及，它不仅仅是是一种行为，更是一个*惯。文明不仅仅是高尚的人才能拥有的，我们每个人都可以做到。
不随地乱扔垃圾，不随地吐痰，积极为社会做贡献，是文明的作风；帮助后的一句谢谢，困难时的一点帮助，悲伤时的一句安慰，是文明的行动；严以律己，以身作则，弘扬正气，清正廉洁，这都是文明的旗帜……当地上有垃圾你捡起放进垃圾桶，你做到了文明；当小草青青你不随意践踏，你做到了文明；当你看到有不正之风时积极制止，你做到了文明……
文明就是这么简单。古人云：“修身、齐家、治国、*天下。”由此可得，修身律己乃万事之首，对于做一个文明人来说，更是不可忽略的前提。修身首先要学会尊敬，尊敬他人是文明的第一步，只有充分尊敬他人才能赢得他人的尊敬，社会才会和*。修身还要有宽容的胸怀，要多多宽容别人的过错，这样生活才会更美好。修身要多多为别人考虑，多多帮助别人，这样世界才会欣欣向荣。修自身之事，不在于大小，而细微之处却更能显真谛。修身之事，从小事做起。诸葛亮云：“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为。”事实上，凡有关修身之事，无不细微，小事能为，方可为大事。不拘小节是指个人心胸豁达，但绝非不重细微之意。做大事者，应常记：从高处着眼，从低处着手。
修身是终身必修之课程，必从小事入手，积小善而成大德。诸多小事，如日常生活中妥善接人待物、学会善解人意、与人为善、不过于自私、不苛责他人、不损人利己等，常思己过、莫论人非，勤思、慎言、笃行等。这不仅仅是修身律己，更体现了做一个文明人的重要品德。
随着*社会的发展，学会修身律己做一个文明人是必不可缺的。现在，我们大家的生活水*都提高了，文明之风也应该吹暖人间大地。乘华夏文明之风，树志存高远之桅，扬青春理想之帆，划激流奋进之桨，行千帆竞发之舟，逐风起云涌之浪，抢科技创新之滩，登修身律己之岸！
2012年月15日，秋高气爽，高安路第一小学全体二年级的学生们在导游阿姨和老师的带领下兴高采烈地来到上海野生动物园进行秋季考察活动。
由于活动前，老师和学生们共同讨论了如何才能做一名文明小游客，所以整个活动中，学生们都能以文明小游客的标准要求自己，做到了文明乘车，安全游园，文明观看表演，因而受到了司机叔叔、导游阿姨和园内工作人员的一致好评。
在乘车去往野生动物园的途中，二2班的小朋友们主动将靠前的座位让给了晕车的同伴，而晕车的小朋友们小手里都拿好了塑料袋。路途中，小朋友们没有一个人大声喧哗，也没有人吃零食。下车前，每个小朋友还不忘对司机叔叔说一声“谢谢”。司机叔叔高兴地对二2班的小朋友们竖起了大拇指：“你们这个学校的小朋友们素质真不错，那么讲卫生，那么守纪律，还那么有礼貌！要是我每次开车都能碰到这样的班级就好了！”
来到了野生动物园，小朋友们首先直奔可爱的食草类小动物区。在那里，大家看到了*时难得一见的羚羊、骆驼和长颈鹿等。有的小朋友说：“你们看，长颈鹿的脖子果真很长！”有的说：“是呀，长颈鹿虽然身型高大，动作却慢斯条理，好优雅呀！”不一会儿，大家又看到了骆驼。有的小朋友很会动脑筋：“我想起来了，骆驼的双峰很有特点，老师说过，这就是它在沙漠里生存的法宝。”“对呀，对呀！”
接着，大家又来到了食肉动物区，相比较之前的那些食草动物，老虎、狗熊、狮子就显得强壮凶猛很多。老虎不愧是百兽之王，一走*就被它的气势吓到。当然，狗熊虽然体积庞大，却憨态可掬，让人感觉很滑稽。在整个观看的过程中，每个小组的组长一直在提醒自己的组员们要小声讨论，不能给动物喂食。导游阿姨见了，忍不住笑眯眯地夸大家：“我们二2班的小朋友真的是把小动物当成了自己的朋友一样对待，你们真是一群好孩子啊！”
随后，大家去看了海狮表演。下午，大家又观看了动物奥运会。小朋友们看到了聪明机灵的猕猴和小豹子，还有惊险的马术表演和大象表演灯。精彩的演出逗得大家开怀大笑，也为了不起的驯兽员和聪明的动物朋友们送去了热烈的掌声……
快乐的时光总是飞逝而过，在不知不觉中，一天过去了。下午三点，大家依依不舍地离开了动物园，但动物们可爱的样子却留在了每个人的心里。

民以食为天。*是文明古国，有着悠久的饮食文化，吃饭是社会生活的重要部分，餐桌文明是社会文明的重要体现。舌尖上的浪费是当下较为普遍的现象，大家在外吃饭点菜时只“爱面子”不“重实情，只“讲排场”不“求健康”。
记得有一次，我期末考试考得很理想，爸爸妈妈为了为了奖励我，带我去饭店吃饭庆贺一下。到了饭店，我们找了个位置坐了下来。这是一家主题餐厅，装修风格独特，不知饭菜口味如何呢？这时服务员阿姨拿来菜单，让我们点菜。爸爸说了今天我是主角，就由我来点菜。“哇，菜单上有好多新鲜的菜式，我今天可要好好犒劳犒劳自己。”我暗暗念叨着。“面包的'诱惑、情人眼里出鱿鱼丝、最熟悉的墨鱼仔、咕噜肉望都市。”这些我都要。不一会儿，菜齐了，可把我乐坏了，长长的西餐桌上堆得满满的。我拿起筷子，狼吞虎咽，我们吃得可香了。肚子可算得到满足了，我打了个饱嗝，摸摸我那鼓起的小肚子。刚准备起身回家，爸爸开口了，“女儿，你看。咱们今天浪费了多少粮食。这么多剩菜，够*常吃两天的了。”我打了个寒颤，忽然意识到爸爸的用意。爸爸的话烙在我的心上。
我只想着今天是我的庆功宴，可以尽情大吃大喝，光盘行动早被抛之脑后了。爸爸的话如晴天霹雳，让我的好心情瞬间消失。学校那个光盘行动的优秀少年队员哪去了？“爸爸，我们把剩下的菜打包吧。”我说。爸爸妈妈答应了，也没有再批评我，因为他们已经知道我已经意识到了错误。
“一粥一饭，当思来之不易。半丝半缕，恒念物力维艰”。节约是一种美德，是一种涵养。文明其实很简单，就一件小事，城市会因我们的点滴而变得美丽。从一个小小的行为中，从一次简单的就餐中，点滴之行便能共筑社会文明之路。每个人的生活都离不开一日三餐。因此，文明就餐非常重要。节约每一粒粮食，反对舌尖上的浪费，从我做起！
文明就像一滴水，它不够汇聚一片海洋，但可以滋润一朵花；文明就像一盏灯，它不够照亮全世界，但可以成为燎原之火。让我们从小事做起，行动起来！
当您步入餐厅时，是否会因为混乱拥挤的人群而半天打不到饭?是否 会举着餐盘犮躲右闪，生怕不小心将菜水洒在别人身上?是否曾经看着座 位上的书包却找不到座位就餐?是否因刺耳的声音、杂乱的桌面而吃不下 饭……此时你是否想过，如果大家都能排队买饭，文明就餐，就不会为这些事情而烦心!为了增强同学们的文明意识，全面提升大家的品位素养，共同 营造一个良好的就餐环境，我代表学生会特向全校同学发出以下倡议：
(1)保持良好的就餐秩序，自觉排队买饭，不插队。
(2)为了维护自己的财物安全，也为了他人的方便，不用书包等物品占座。
(3)根据自已的饭蹵买饭，爱惜粮食，杜绝浪费，充分发扬中华民族 节约粮食的光荣传统。
⑷注意维持桌面卫生，饭后自觉把餐具带到餐具回收处，并随手将 自己的垃圾带走。
(6)爱护餐厅公共物品，不乱移餐桌，不乱摔碗筷，不把餐具带出餐厅。
(5)在餐厅不大声喧哗，不在餐厅内喝酒、袖烟。不做影响他人就餐 的事情，注意个人形象。
(6)注意饮食卫生，不用有毒有害塑料袋盛饭，用校园卡或专用饭票 买饭，不随地吐痰、乱扔餐巾紙或食物残液。
(7)发现饭菜质量问题，或对餐厅工作人员不满，及时向有关负责人 反映，妥善解决，不与工作人员发生冲突。
方便他人，就是方便我们自己。餐厅的良好秩序需要大家共同维持， 文明就餐，从我做起，您的举手之劳可能就会给他人带来极大的帮助，一 个舒心的笑容、一个让位的动作、一句真诚的道歉都能让我们感受到生活 中的温暖。希望所葙的同学都能积极行动起来，让我们一起努力，共同窃 造一个温罄的就餐氛围!
小餐桌，大文明，餐桌文明是社会文明的重要体现，传承着中华民族的优秀文化和尊重劳 动、珍惜粮食、勤俭节约的传统美德。有些人却认为做一个有文明的人很难，其实，做一个有文明的人并不难，一个动作、一句话……都能让你做一个有文明的人。而有些人却不知道文明在哪，其实，哪里都有文明，学校、公交车、餐桌……餐桌上的文明是最容易被忽视的。
古人云：“一粥一饭，当思来处不易；半丝半缕，恒念物力维艰。”这句话告诫人们要勤俭节约，不要铺张浪费。可现在很多人往往不知道珍惜，随意浪费食物。每当在饭店吃饭时，听到 “服务员，买单”，再看看餐桌上那大量饭菜，总觉得有一种压抑在心里的愤怒像火一样地喷发了出来。大家都顾及面子而不愿意打包，最终导致浪费。
你可知道，农民伯伯们冒着严寒酷暑，在田间地头辛勤地劳作；你可知道，诗人李坤写下的“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”的感人诗句……或许你会说：“我当然知道。”可是而今，很多人都没有做到。粮食却成为了人们想放就放，想丢就丢的普通之物。2013年1月23日，有关报纸报道：“有统计数据显示，*人每年在餐桌上浪费的粮食价值高达2000亿元，被倒掉的食物相当于2亿多人一年的口粮。”多么惊人的一个数字。人们常说“民以食为天”，我们的生命是食物支撑着的，没有了食物，生命的桥梁岂不是就塌了吗？
前几天，我和家人去饭店吃饭。上菜了，看着满桌美味可口的菜肴，真是诱人。经过了我们的共同努力，满桌的菜已经被我们消灭了很多，我们准备起身回家。
“剩下的菜打包吧，一定要节约粮食，不能浪费！”我对家人说。家人都夸我。我向服务员阿姨要了几个袋子，把剩下的饭菜都打包带走了，连阿姨都连连夸赞我是一个节约用餐的孩子。
小餐桌，大文明，勤俭节约是中华民族的传统美德，在物质条件日益丰富的今天，希望大家行动起来，从自身做起：不挑食，不偏食，多吃蔬菜，做到荤素搭配，合理饮食；在饭店吃饭时，一定要根据自己的饮食情况合理用餐，吃多少点多少，如果饭菜吃不完了，要打包带走，避免浪费。

现在倡导文明餐桌，不论是灯光闪耀的大酒楼，还是热闹非凡的小街小巷，他们的餐桌上无一不挂着一个牌子“文明餐桌，从光盘做起！”
在以前，学校食堂里。无论墙上挂着多大的字“吃多少，拿多少，少拿多放！”可同学们装作没看见，从容大把的打着菜：炸猪排、烧煎蛋，抹了酱油香喷喷的，可美味了。所以同学们打的特别多。开吃了，大家七嘴八舌的议论今天上了什么有趣的课，有什么好笑的事，统统都出来和别班的人分享。吃饱了，话也说完了。可菜还剩很多，倒掉倒掉！同学们蜂拥到倒桶旁，一个接一个的把剩下的菜倒入桶中，没有一个人出来阻止这种行为。餐盘落桶的声音极大，震耳欲聋。
这类事过了不久，就有一些老师和“好学生”出来制止，可老师不在，同学们有原型毕露，开始玩弄餐后水果。咦！今天吃橘子。同学们拿着橘子走出食堂。又有个别男生把橘子往上一抛，橘子在天空上划过一条完美的弧线，落了下来。男孩子伸手接，接不住的橘子则掉下来摔坏了，不能再吃了。
随着文明餐桌进入社会，同学们也安分了许多。可能是因为出去吃饭时望见别人自觉地遵守，久而久之自己也慢慢地*惯起来。食堂里出现的情况也好转了，大伙儿只拿了自己的，无论有多么好吃的菜式，大家不是那么争先恐后，挨个挨个的排队取菜。每个人限食几块肉、几只虾、几片蛋……我取到菜之后坐下，刚想找个人聊天，发现同学们的嘴都在吃饭，根本没有要说话的意思，我也马上闭了嘴，埋头往嘴里扒饭。
我正想去倒菜，便看见一位女同学喊：“吃不下了，倒掉倒掉！”她刚走到桶边，张老师就走过来说：“光盘，行动起来！”我立马坐回位置，准备干掉那条“可恶的鱼”。
昨天晚上，我家请了客人。爸爸烧了很多好吃的菜。我刚想倡导一下光盘行动，只见父母和客人很自觉地把食物“塞”进肚子里。我很不服气：你们怎么也知道光盘行动？爸爸笑了：“光盘行动……”
我和弟弟抢接“从我做起！”
我们知道，每个人的生活都离不开一日三餐。提倡文明就餐，是当代学生文明修身的一项重要内容。我们要保持食堂良好的就餐秩序，节约用水，节约粮食，文明就餐，从小事做起，做自身做起，力争以自己为榜样，并以自己的良好形象感召身边的人都注意文明就餐，使文明就餐成为我们的自觉行动。
纵观我们学校的饮食情况，有的同学在排队买饭时随意插队，勾肩搭背，在吃饭时随意讲话，随意走动，造成了餐厅秩序的混乱，有的`同学非常挑食，常常许多菜连碰都不碰就直接倒掉。面对种种不文明现象，我想给同学们几点建议：
在学校中，我们应该做到：
早晨准时起床，在规定时间内用早餐，尽量错开高峰，不要耽误早自*；进入餐厅，保持秩序，保持安静；买饭时，尊重食堂工作人员，以礼相待，同学间相互礼让，有序排队，不勾肩搭背，懒懒散散；用餐时，不大声喧哗，安静用餐，不随意走动，不打打闹闹、拖拖拉拉，时刻记得做个文明好学生；吃多少买多少，不偏食，不暴饮暴食，不浪费粮食，做到荤素搭配，合理饮食；将餐盘内的食物吃干净，不留剩菜剩饭；将就餐餐桌清理干净，不将吃剩的残留物弃于餐桌；回收餐盘时小心翼翼，不把饭菜倒在桶外，造成其他同学的不便及环境破坏；注重食品卫生安全，杜绝外卖。
在外面用餐，我们应该做到：
吃多少点多少，根据自己的饮食情况合理用餐，节俭惜福，避免浪费；注重自己的行为，不大声喧哗、打打闹闹，始终记得自己代表的还有学校的形象；在意他人的用餐感受，自觉遵守公共道德规范；不使用一次性筷子、一次性餐布；不带宠物进餐厅，以免造成用餐环境的污染和破坏；身为未成年人，不在用餐时饮酒。
同学们，一粥一饭，当思来之不易；我们应从食物中吃出营养，吃出健康，吃出安全，吃出文明。
细微之处可以看出一个人的内涵，学校食堂的良好秩序需要大家与后勤的共同努力。一个舒心的笑容，一个让座的动作，一句真诚的道歉，都能让我们感受您的举手之劳给他人带来的无限帮助，感受到生活中充满着阳光。
小餐桌大文明，希望广大师生纷纷行动起来，从我做起，从小事做起，与文明握手，向陋*告别，共同营造讲文明树新风的良好氛围，为共建和谐校园、文明城市而努力！
