这个暑假，我非常开心，因为我阅读了许多有趣的书。我认真迅速地阅读了：《父亲的城》、《放牛班大改造》、《我会好好爱你》、《格列佛游记》、《吴姐姐讲历史故事全集》……从这个暑假开始，我又爱上了看书，似乎看书是件很愉快的事情。
小时候，我在幼儿园时，妈妈给我买注音版的《格林童话》、《幼儿画报》、《贝贝熊系列丛书》等等，小时候的我也是个书迷，每天一回家就立刻拿起一本书到客厅里去看。一个小时后，爷爷奶奶饭烧好了叫我和爸爸妈妈来吃饭了我都似乎没有听见，还是自顾自地在那看书，所以，在我们那附*邻居都叫我“小书虫”。
到三年级的时候，我不像从前那样那么爱看书了，因为家庭的一些问题让我整个人不像以前那样活泼可爱了。四年级的时候，我印象最深的一本就是《格列佛游记》，主要讲了格列佛(巨人山)在小人国的一系列遭遇。格列佛被“利立普”国的小人们捆了起来，由于他态度温顺，小人国国王同意恢复他的自由。当时，两个小人国发动了一场战争。尽管格列佛为利立普立下赫赫战功，但由于被小人国陷害，国王下令要将他处死。格列佛得知消息后仓皇出逃，后又乘船回到家中。这只是第一部分，后面还有三个部分，内容很精彩，我看了一遍还想再看一次。

我看到了一位大人在给以为孩子拍照，我便想到了一本书——《奶奶的傻瓜相机》这是一本林海音奶奶和英子在全球第几个景点拍了几张照片我记忆最深的是林海音奶奶和英子在草原上拍了一张照片，照片中有一只威风凛凛的牧羊犬。“这象征着这片草原今年能生下好多的羊，又可以不被狼欺负。”奶奶说。说到这儿，我觉得人生中最需要乐观。
我突然看见了一本我好久也没有翻开的一本书，也是我喜欢的书本之一。就是《鲁滨逊漂流记》我仿佛已经在那座岛上面，我找到了一座废弃的小屋。我推开门，大喊：“有人吗，有人吗，这座小屋有人吗?”突然，里面走出来了一个人，那就是鲁滨逊，他突然问我：“你是谁。”我说：“我是某某某。”在那天晚上，我亲眼看见鲁滨逊杀死了几个野人，但野人似乎没有察觉，我明白在人生的旅途中勇气是必须要有的。
我还喜欢《三国演义》这本书，因为刘备、关羽、张飞和诸葛亮。个个有个个的用途，在他们死个人联合起来时，简直就是无所不能。真是佩服!我觉得人生除了乐观、勇气，原来更需要文武双全。

窗外，乌云密布，雨像断了线的珠子，哗啦啦地洒向地面。树叶被摇曳着，仿佛在哭泣，再看看手中的试卷——满是红叉。心立刻沉入海底，再也升不起来了。原有的勇气，哎，荡然无存。

俗话说：“人上一百，种种色色。”在我所带过的班级里，有三类学生，分别是差生、中等生、优等生，我相信，在各位老师的班级里也有这样的情况。在很多的时候，我看到有的老师，因为差等生*惯差、成绩差，就放弃了对他们的培养，又因为优等生守纪律、成绩好，就喜欢他们，着重培养他们，又因为中等生的*淡无奇、成绩稳定而对于中等生也任由发展，其实这样是很不好的，因为我相信，只要老师们付出爱心，差生也有一天会进步。对待我班级的这三类学生，我的做法就是“宽爱”差生，“严爱”优等生，“博爱”中等生，作为一名老师与班主任，我会热爱班上的每一个学生，虽然一碗水端*并不容易，但我坚决要求自己一定要做到。因为“好”学生是“爱”出来的，“差”学生是“嫌”出来的。在我们班，对学*纪律都差的孩子，我会格外的关注他们，会投入更多的时间与精力。对待他们，他们的考试屡次成绩不理想，我不指责他们，不认为他们是在托班上的后腿，我会给予他们鼓励，指出他们应该注意的地方。只要发现他们哪怕是一分的进步，我就极力表扬，放大他们的优点，鼓励他们看到自己进步的同时更要树立自信心，为他们创造展示自己的机会。对待中等生，我很乐意让他们发挥各自的特长，让他们成为班上活跃的一部分，让他们感觉自己被老师看重。对待优等生，我要求他们不仅学*优，做人也要优。并告诫他们所谓的优良差，都是因人而异，不要因为自己某一方面比别人强，就骄傲自大，要学会协作，取他人之长，补己之短。可喜的是，因为我从来不带有色眼镜看人，班上的同学很团结，这三类学生没有分帮分派，差生主动向成绩好的学生请教，好学生会耐心讲到他会为止，同学之间的关系非常融洽。之所以有这样的成果，我相信，与我付出的爱是分不开的，因为爱，每一位孩子敞开心胸，茁壮成长。
各位老师们，让我们拿出更多的爱，给予学生更多的宽容与理解。因为爱，是师德师风必不可少的一部分，因为爱，可以温暖学生即将冷却的心，因为爱，可以点燃学生心中的希望之火，因为爱，学生的未来一定是一片光明。

“最动人的一首歌，就是师德有最美的人生，就是教师有美丽的风景，就是诗的灵魂。不要说我们一无所有，我们有无数火热的心，我们用爱传播期待。这首诗是我们的班主任孙在高中毕业班时送给我的。六年了，一直珍藏在心里。每每想起，就像回到孙的身边，又看到了她新的笑容。
孙老师——是一个普通的数学老师。就在她上我们高三的时候，一年后就要退休了，被诊断出淋巴瘤。医生马上要求做手术，但孙先生拿着检查报告站在讲台前。她理解学校老师紧缺，同事负担重；她明白学生正处于关键时期，贫困生只是在路上；她知道她必须坚持到最后一班。假期过后，开学的时候，大家惊喜的发现孙老师回来了。虽然经过8个小时的大手术他还是很虚弱，虽然脸颊上的疤痕还是红得像血一样，孙老师却像一棵坚不可摧的松树一样站在讲台前。“站起来！”大家都站了起来，眼泪在大家的眼眶里打转，突然教室里响起了一个春天般的声音，大家都发自内心的喊道：“老师好！”我久久不能忘记这感人的一幕！
是孙崇高的心灵给我留下了深刻的印象，神圣的"老师"这个名字从此烙在我的心头。当我师范毕业，真正踏上教育的热点时，我觉得自己仿佛进入了人生中最辉煌的时刻。陶行知老师曾经说过：“你的教鞭下有瓦特，你冰冷的眼睛里有牛顿，你冷笑里有爱迪生。”为了我们祖国未来的无数瓦特、牛顿、爱迪生，我给了我的学生满满的爱。多少个中午，人们午休的时候，我在教室里和学生说话；多少个夜晚，当人们被精彩的电视吸引时，我也在灯下认真备课，批发作业。为什么因为我一直相信每个孩子的心都是一颗纯洁的种子，会在师爱的沐浴下长成参天大树；每一双稚嫩的脚步都会在师爱的指引下成为我们国龙的标尺，这也是我为什么累却乐在其中的原因。
去年9月10日凌晨，我迈着轻快的步伐走进教室，同学们突然决定说：“老师，您辛苦了。祝老师节日快乐。班长手里拿着一束花，声音优美地慢慢向我走来。这是梦吗？好像只能在电视电影里看到，但不是梦。一切都那么真实，就发生在我眼前。”我们爱你”，学生们清晰的声音响彻教室。这是学生对老师最真实的尊重和热爱的表现。眼泪湿了眼眶，我激动地说：“我也爱你。”所有的学生都站起来鼓掌。一瞬间，掌声煽泪，泪水浸湿了掌声。

今天我演讲的主题是《让教学中充满爱》。

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”.
