When we are tired a piece of light music will help us relax. If we have free time we can enjoy movies or interesting cartoons. What’s more we can also watch live programs on the internet or see it later if we are not available at that time.
But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to com*r games and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep those students can not focus on in the class . As a result they may fail in the exam. When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games it’s already too late.
I have remembered such a piece of news . An excellent student flunked xxx考试不及格xxx because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in com*r games. He spent nearly all the money on games which was earned by his fathers selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school he was too numb to show any regret.
The most serious harm of com*r games come from their contents which affects teenagers mental health. Many games involve violence such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.
So when com*rs entertaining function is highly spoken of such a problem does deserve our serious concern.
In addition long times working before com*r also does harm to health. The radiation from the com*r can arose many uncomfortable feelings. like a headache poor eyesight.
At last people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful. Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat. Although it has many disadvantages Internet has become an indispensable part of peoples life in recent years. 每个孩子的'父母都支持自己的孩子，让他们自己一件接一件地去做。有时候，在做事的时候，我们每次去都会遇到一些困难或者挫折。每当我们在做事上遇到问题和困难时，父母总是伸出温暖的手，为我们理解问题，帮助我们克服一切困难。
记得有一次，中午，吃完饭，认真写数学作业。我写了又写。突然，一个难题卡住了我。我想了很久，没有想到。我很难过。我妈好像看透了我的心，温柔耐心的走过来教我，我一直到明白了才停下来。我意识到妈妈有多关心我，我有多需要妈妈的帮助！
父母对我们的无私帮助，长大后是得不到回报的。虽然回报无穷，但我们还是要从小听父母的话，不要惹他们生气，认真学*。只有这样，父母才会明白，他们对我们的努力并没有白费。

生活中，那些看似不起眼的细节里，处处都藏着值得我们感恩的情愫。清晨，太阳从东方冉冉升起，开启了新的一天。天刚破晓，炉灶和锅碗就忙活起来，餐桌上温馨的早餐是妈妈给予我们的馈赠；旭日东升，我们踏进了河海中学的校园，琅琅的读书声、优良的学*环境是学校给予我们的馈赠；晨曦透过窗户，粉笔在黑板上摩擦的声音不时在耳边回荡，知识是孜孜不倦的老师给予我们的馈赠；正午，艳阳高照，饥肠辘辘的同学们排着整齐的队伍向食堂走去，一顿饱餐是不停忙碌的食堂阿姨，在厨房瞻前顾后的厨师给予我们的馈赠；傍晚夕阳西下，我们可以安全、无忧无虑的'走出校门，是认真尽责的保安叔叔给我们的馈赠；太阳落下，新的一天还会接踵而至，我们将受到更多的馈赠，但在接受馈赠的同时，我们也应该给予他人馈赠，以表达我们的感恩之心。
俗话说：“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报”。课间，弯腰伸手捡起地上的垃圾是我们在感恩学校；上课时，不开小差是我们在感恩老师；中午就餐时，文明用餐、不浪费粮食是我们在感恩食堂的叔叔阿姨……
真正的感恩，不能停留在口头上。行动感恩，就是希望同学们从现在做起，从身边的每一件小事做起，来珍惜生命给予我们的一切。因此，我们应从以下几点做起：
1、作为学生，首先要勤奋刻苦，学业有成，从而有能力报答父母、社会和国家；
2、关心体贴父母，并试着主动理解父母。生活中难免与父母有一定的摩擦，当意见有分歧时，要学会换位思考，常说感恩的话，勤做孝敬的事；
3、珍惜老师的劳动成果，专心听课，认真完成各项作业，用优异的成绩回报老师的谆谆教导；
4、珍惜自己和同学相处的每分每秒，不要因为自己的鲁莽和任性给对方造成伤害；
5、关注弱势群体，关心社会公益事业，用一颗感恩的心，做一些力所能及的事来回报社会，感恩时代。
很多时候，我们在各方面都很努力，甚至有所成就，但唯独缺少感恩之心，以致我们的学*和生活始终贫乏不堪。总是心存感恩的人与那些从未以感恩之心待人的人相比，前者与幸福的联系更紧密。只有学会对家人感恩，你才能不断成长；只有学会对生命感恩，你才能懂得珍惜时光；只有学会对爱你的人感恩，你才能变得有血有肉。同学们，让我们心存感恩，让幸福永伴我们身边！

时光荏苒，夏日的风轻抚校园，又是一个毕业季，樱花园的粉红正缓缓落下帷幕，杨梅园的绿果正在染它的胭脂，九年级的我们为了中考一直在校园里忙碌，三年的青春化成了斑驳的光阴，化成了窗外松树挺拔的身影……在这里，我们长高，长大，幸福成长！
三年来，从稚嫩儿童长成青葱少年，我的心中充满感恩之情。
记得三年前，作为江声20xx级新生的我，顶着烈日，拿着大包小包站在青年广场上，眼前两条岔路缓缓铺开，犹如我的初中三年就此开始。看着眼前陌生的一切，我心想：这就是我的初中吗?我就此成为初中生了吗?那时的我,像一只刚离巢飞向天空的小鸟，每晚因想家而偷偷地躲在被子里哭泣。每天因突如其来的七门课程而手足无措，三年前的片段仿若还在昨天，三年的岁月，永远离不开老师的陪伴与教导，他们和我们一起，早出晚归，披星戴月，他们分享着我们的喜悦，他们忧虑着我们的忧虑，快乐着我们的快乐，梦想着我们的梦想，让我们从羽翼初生到展露锋芒，让我们从胆怯到自信，从犹豫不决到放手一搏。最后只需在中考展翅翱翔，飞往新的人生节点。三年的初中光阴将要截止了，深深感恩在讲台前辛勤耕耘的每一位老师，感恩那年秋季的遇见。
现在，作为江声20xx届毕业生的我，永远记得，并永远怀恋：运动会时我们的摇旗呐喊与矫健身姿；艺术节时我站在舞台上，用双手拼出“江声”二字的自豪；八年级社会实践活动时那片璀璨的星空；九年级辩论赛时的唇枪舌战，难分伯仲……我记得在江声的每一个点滴，在我们惟楚班的每一个瞬间。我深深记得，也深深感恩，感恩运动会的会场给予我以竞技的快感，感恩艺术节的舞台给予我以艺术的熏陶，感恩社会实践活动给予我对故土的爱恋……感恩江声给予我的一切，感恩每一个江声人的付出。感恩在讲台前孜孜不倦的你，感恩在柴米油盐中忙碌的你，感恩在车流人往间严肃认真的你，感恩在艾香雾绕中细细叮咛的你，感恩每一个付出的你。感恩江声，感恩青春。
我亲爱的大江声，虽然我懂得龙应台所说“人生的聚，有定额，人生的散，有期程，你无法索求，更无法延期”，但我仍是多么舍不得与你离别。亲爱的少年们，我们于此相遇，于此共度青春，终将于此奔向人生的更广阔的天地，未来的我们一定还会相遇，还会漫步于青葱校园，聊及美好往事。未来的你，无论身处何地，都请铭记母校校训“祖国在我心中”！
