  (一)学生情况分析

  1.学*水*不均

  有的学生对小学英语比较重视,学得很好,基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学*,但有的学生或学校不重视,学得很不好,特别是在农村学校,还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此,整个班级的英语水*很不*衡,给日常教学带来诸多的不便,提高了难度。

  (八)作业处理:会根据学生自身的情况,给于适当的惩奖,对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生,前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒,不直接进行点名;对于不做的学生,会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因,一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

  (九)考试:整个学期一共要做4到5个测试,是以几个单元为单元,在每次考试后,都会进行分析,当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析,比如,很多同学错的是那些知识点,从学生实际掌握的角度出发,进行分析,讲解。

  (十)沟通:要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通,也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通,家访,以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话,在作业批改的后面写上一些话。

  一、学生基本情况分析:

  七年级一班共有学生45人,这届学生英语基础不是很好,学生从小学到初中,是一个极大的转折点,包括从心理上和身体上的。但本班学生还比较活跃,比较爱学*,面对新的学校,新的班级,新的老师,所以对英语学*还是有着浓厚的兴趣,也带着希望和梦想,希望这是一个极好的开始。

  二、本学期教育教学内容及教材分析:

  新目标(新版)七年级英语(上册)有3个预备篇单元和9个正式篇单元,一共是12个单元。本次教材是改版后的第xx届,现在教材知识体系比较集中,每个单元每节知识点都安排一定的基础练*,这样对巩固学生知识有着很大的帮助。

  四、本学期将采用的教育教学方法:

  英语的教育教学方法很多,各有优、缺点,我们可以针对不同的情况采用不同的教学方法来加以弥补。针对我教的班级,本学期本人打算用下列方法对他们进行教育教学:

  1.用英语教英语(Teach English in English);

  英语毕竟是一门语言,训练的是学生的听、说、读、写、译的综合能力,在教学的过程中需要对学生的听、说、读、写、译的能力进行很多的训练,这就要求我们用英语来教英语,在课堂上对学生进行各种能力的训练。

  2.用英语想英语(Think English in English);

  用英语想,也就是用英语思考。学英语而不用英语思考,一定学不好。用英语思考就是在用英语进行表达和理解时,没有本族语思考的介入,或者说本族语思考的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、熟练的境界和标志。

  一,简要分析学生

  七年级有两个班。大多数学生学*目标明确,学*态度正确,掌握了一些英语学*的基本方法,能够积极认真地学*,学*成绩良好。然而,仍有一小部分学生没有明确的学*目的,缺乏学*的积极性和主动性,自觉性和自控力较差。学生们觉得学*英语是一种负担,而不是一种乐趣。有些学生不知道如何记忆单词,甚至不会听写基本单词,导致无法理解、理解和学*。

  二,教材的整体分析

  3.语法知识:掌握现在时和现在进行时的构成和用法,一般过去式的构成和用法,祈使句的用法,情态动词“can”的用法,be结构的用法,介词的用法。

  四、方法和措施

  4.加强交际语言教学。用英语交流是英语教学的根本目标。在教授语言功能项时,应尽可能避免格式化,不要限制学生的思维能力,培养学生灵活运用语言的适应能力。

  5.进一步培养阅读能力。阅读能力的培养是英语教学的另一个重点。阅读能力的培养在于*时。教师在讲解阅读理解题时,应该帮助学生分析语言材料,而不是核对答案。

  6.坚持形成性评价制度,鼓励和表扬学生,不使用负面语言攻击学生;

  7.对后进生进行专项指导,制定合适的学*评价方法,让他们树立学*自信心;

3.新教材选择的`现代文都比较贴*学生生活,比较关注社会热点、焦点,这些文章有助于学生进行多角度、有创意的阅读。在教学中,我主要通过这些课文培养学生对文章整体感悟的能力,筛选信息和捕捉信息的能力,通过课文发表自身见解的能力,并对一些课文进行适当取舍,选择一些文章让学生自己去理解,去讲解,既锻炼了学生的理解能力,也锻炼了学生的口头表达能力。感觉这样上课课堂气氛比较好,效果也比“教师讲学生听”的模式好。以后我将在此方面继续努力,争取形成一套自己的阅读教学方法。

  在初中生物科学的教学中,我认为最重要的是要紧紧抓住三部分:

  一、初中生物的教育对象是面向全体学生的,他的目的并不是要培养生物学家培养生物人材,初中生物教学的目的是提高所有中学生的生物科学素养,培养他们热爱大自然,自觉保护环境的情操,提高他们对生物科学的兴趣,为一部分今后要从事生物事业的人打下最基本的基础。也就是说,初中生物教学的目的是全面、基础、科学素养教育,从这一观点出发,在我的生物教育理念中,从我接触学生的那一刻开始,我就是一直以培养他们对生物学科的兴趣为主要目的的。我的每一个课堂设计、每一个活动安排都是以学生为中心,并且以培养学生基本素质为中心思想。在课堂教学的准备中,我会多注意选择与书本知识相关的课外知识,例如在讲生态环境时做关于生物圈二号计划,绝时会让学生观***拒绝的宣传片等。总之,丰富学生知识、提高学生对生物学科的兴趣,培养他们的生物科学素养是教学理念的中心。

  俗话说“榜样的力量是无穷的!”老师参加了献血,学生们很感动,在我讲述过程中学生们发出的一阵阵“啊?啊?”声让我能强烈地感受到他们内心所起的波澜。特别是我讲完献血对自己的好处时,学生们的反应很激动,要不是献血有年龄限制,估计放学就有可能去献血了。这让我感到很高兴!

  本节课的教学有一处被我遗忘。就是在教授同型输血以后,有两个血型的作用需要拓展开来:一是血型与亲子鉴定;二是血型与性格。本来是想给学生激发兴趣的,在这个问题上,以后应大胆让学生来说出,从生活经历中提取出血型和生活的联系。很多电视剧中都包含亲子鉴定与血型的关系,加上学生*时经常关注星座与性格,血型与性格,所以以后课上会让学生自己说出血型除了输血以外的其他作用。

  一: 交流让学生分享快乐和共享资源

  学生已有的生活经验、活动经验以及原有的生活背景,是良好的课程资源。在“图形认识初步”这节课中,有一道题问一个正方体的盒子有几个不同的展开面,我想,如果直接给学生答案有11种基本图形,他们不但不明白为什么,也想象不出来这11种基本图形会是怎样形成的,于是我让同学们从家带来正方体图形,让学生在课堂上进行剪,彼此间的交流,实现了他们对立体图形关键特性的理解和认识,大家共同分享发现和成功的快乐,共享彼此的资源。

  二:从生活出发的教学让学生感受到学*的快乐

  由于在新教材中没有 “代数式”这节课,但在选学内容中,却有“代数的故事”为了让学生能简洁地明白代数式,我采用了由生活实际出发,只要让学生能明白代数式实质就是用数来代替字母,就完成了教学目的,在举例时,指出,“其实,代数式不仅在数学中有用,而且在现实生活中也大量存在。下面,我说一个事实,如“一本书p元,6p可以表示6本书价值多少钱”,谁能用代数式表示出来。学生们开始活跃起来,受到启发,每个学生都在生活中找实例,学生从这节课中都能深深感受到“人人学有用的数学”的新理念。

  三:实践是学好数学的前提

  作为一名学从教数学多年的教师,不断摸索和学*中开展教学工作是我的工作本色。对于本学期的初一数学教学工作,我有所收获,也遇到了许多问题。现将本学期教学工作反思如下:

  1、对教材内容的反思

  教材是如此安排,我们教师在教学过程中就应该遵循教材的编排原则,先易后难的教授学生。提到教授学生,目标新课标要求不是教学生知识,而应该说成教学生方法,教学生学*的方法,让他们带着问题去学*,去思考。教师应该总体了解整个初中数学中所学*的内容有哪些,以便有针对性地教学。

  2、对教学理念的反思

  教学过程中应该把学生放在首位,学生是主体,教会他们方法才是重要的。以画图为例,尺规作图法,不是教他们如画角*分线,而是教会他们用尺规作图的方法,学会了这种方法,无论是画角*分线,还是画中线,高线,或者找中点等等,提示他们用尺规作图法,学生便知道怎么做了。再如等式的性质,只要教会他们用等式的性质的方法,在解方程时他们就觉得简单了,就算是解不等式时遇到移项,提示一下,他们也能够想到借用等式的性质。

  3、对教学对象的反思

  在教学时,必须全面理解学生的基础与能力,低起点、多层次、高要求地施教,让学生一步一个脚印,扎扎实实学好基础知识,在学知识中提高能力。

  我这里重点要讲的是后进生的话题。一个班几十名学生,每个人都有自己的个性和优点,他们中有先进、中间、后进的不同层次和状态。后进生变差的原因又很复杂,多是外在的、客观的,很难凭借他们自身的力量去解决。作为一名负责任的老师,要充分了解后进生,正确对待后进生,关心热爱后进生。千万不能置之不理,将其边缘化。

  4、对教学反馈意见的反思

  教师与学生的知识水*与接受能力往往存在很大反差,就学生而言,接受新知识需要一个过程,绝不能用教师的水*衡量学生的能力。潜心于提高自己教学水*的教师,往往向学生征询对自己教学的反馈意见,这是教师对其教学进行反思的一个重要的渠道。

  若在课堂上设计了良好的教学情境,则整节课学生的学*积极性始终很高。课后我总结出以下两点体会:(1)抓住知识本质特征,设计一些诱发性的练*能诱导学生积极思维,刺激学生的好奇心。(2)问题的设计不应停留在简单的变式和肤浅的问答形式上,而应设计一些既能让学生动手触摸、又能动脑思考的问题,这样可使学生在“观察、实践、归纳、猜想和证明”的探究过程中,激发起他们对新知识的渴望。

  关于极低地区判断方向,对于一部分学生来讲,是一个不好掌握的知识点,而偏偏这一部分是重要的考点,而且也是学生容易出错的地方。经过一段时间的摸索,我大致对这个知识点有了自己独特的见解。

  首先要求学生牢牢掌握在极低地区所观察到的地球自转方向,即在北极地区观察为逆时针方向,而在南极地区则是顺时针方向。这里要强调的是,不论在南极地区观察还是在北极地区观察,地球自转的方向自始至终都没有变化,都是自西向东。在这个基础上,我进一步引出我的秘诀――东西找自转,南北找极点。简单地说就是找到自转方向了,就可以判断两地之间的东西方向了。同样的道理,只要判断出极点了,就可以说出两地之间的南北方向了。

  然后我再进一步提高学生的实战能力,即出一些相关的试题,让学生根据我出示的判断依据来思考判断方向问题,这样,层层深入,深入浅出,让学生逐步地循序渐进地掌握此种类型的题目的解题方法和做题思路。

  只要我们善于观察和思考,再加上一点点的勤奋,我想,没有做不成的事情,只有想不到的事情。

  经过一段时间的课堂教学,自己在教学理念上有了很大的转变。作为历史老师我要教给孩子们什么,怎样教给他们?这学期的教学工作告诉我,要让孩子们学好你所教的学科,就得让他们对你所教的学科感兴趣。而在育才这块教学沃土上,语、数、外几乎站领了孩子大部分时间,他们会对历史感兴趣吗?我该怎么做?一边教学、一边尝试、一边反思,使我逐渐领悟到,只有爱学生,并懂得怎样去爱,当他们愿意与你交流,喜欢听你讲课时,说明他们已经对你所教的科目感兴趣了。伟大的物理学家爱因斯坦说过:"兴趣是最好的老师",激发学*兴趣,可以产生高度的注意力和较为稳定的学*情感,因此,激发学生的学*兴趣,对提高历史教学质量尤为重要。

  但是在具体的教学工作中也的确碰到了许多的问题,现在针对具体的教学以及教学后的效果谈谈反思;

  一、课堂激趣教学

  我觉得我们应该以媒体创设情景,激发学*兴趣,多媒体课件以其丰富多彩的表现形式,具体形象地展示出各种事物的现象、情景、过程,它对提高学生兴趣起到促进作用。如七年级历史《伐无道,诛暴秦》主要介绍秦始皇的过失,引起陈胜、吴广农民起义,以及建立西汉,我考虑到这些内容对学生来讲较久远,通过分析课文,能知道,但记忆困难,为了给学生身临其境的感觉,我准备了北京长城的图片,伴着优美的音乐,学生对世界名胜古迹有了兴趣。接下来放映《孟江女哭长城》学生们看到劳动人民,用小推车、肩膀扛、绳子拉,一步一步向上拉。有的累昏、有的死。再接下来放映陈胜、吴广起义。这样学生进行对比,然后分组总结秦始皇的功、过,学生的兴趣从不知不觉中调动起来。但是在教学的过程中也出现了部分学生乘机扰乱课堂,哗众取宠的现象。也有部分学生不能达到言之有物,这是我在以后教学中应注意的问题。

  二、对学生的能力的重视

  把学生分成小组,在小组长的带领下一起讨论,做练*册,并教给小组长一些方法,引导他们尽可能的发挥每一个小组成员的作用,让成员学会如何给别人分析、讲解问题。小组出现不会的问题,向教师提出,再由教师给小组讲解。自*课上也充分发挥小组的作用,先给同学们一定的时间背题,然后小组长同时抽三个组员,这样即可调动学生的积极性,还能激发他们的竞争意识,从而提高记忆的质量。同时在课堂和自*上,我也在尝试给学生一种没有压力的学*氛围,只规定背题的范围,不规定必须背下来,或是抽背、默写,人为给学生造成一种压力和紧张,如果学生经常在这种压力和紧张的状态下学*,不但不会提高学*效率,相反还会降低学*效率。而是想调动学生的积极主动性,让其真正地参与学*,自觉自愿地去完成课堂任务。我觉得这个方法是非常行之有效的方式。

  除此之外我认为在今后的历史教学中我还应该注意

  1、*时抓好培优转差,对学困生应多与他们交流,了解他们的情况,多鼓励,帮助他们理清知识点,让他们看到希望;帮助他们树立战胜困难的勇气和信心;

  2、多学*、多钻研。取他人之长,多听课,包括其它学科的,学*他们的长处,好的教学方法;吃透教材,把握重难点,根据不同的学生和不同的教学内容精心设计切实可行的教案。

  3、在自己*时读书过程中,有意识的收集资料,积累命题素材。

  《观舞记》是一篇精美的散文,著名作家冰心在欣赏印度舞蹈家卡拉玛姐妹优美的舞姿有感而作的,文章以对卡拉玛姐妹的赞美之情为感情线索,通过生动细腻的描绘,把异国的文化风情形象地展现在我们面前。本文的主要特点是以生动优美的语言来写视觉形象,用高超的语言技巧来表现舞台艺术,主要运用比喻和排比等修辞,形象生动地表现卡拉玛姐妹精妙的舞蹈,尽可能把视觉形象转化为语言形象,激发了读者的想象空间,使读者在回味文章的同时,仿佛身临其境地欣赏了舞蹈艺术所特有的形体美,以获得语言和舞蹈的双重美的享受。

  教学本文,我立足在使学生掌握基础知识的基础上,鼓励学生接触、吸收、借鉴外国优秀文化,从中得到精神上的营养,开阔胸怀,其次有感情地朗读是学生与文本最直接的情感交流,以发展学生自主、合作、探究能力为宗旨,指导学生深入领会文章的意境美。

  一、《观舞记》这一课成功之处:

  1、新课标多处提到“应重视提高学生的品德修养和审美情趣”“提高文化品位和审美情趣”。而《观舞记》正是对学生进行文化感染、审美熏陶的好例子。因此,教学中,将朗读与想象充分结合,在读中感受美、体验美、思考美、延伸美,进而得到审美体验、提升审美品位。

  2、根据新课程改革的精神,在课堂教学中以学生为主体,激发学生学*的兴趣,培养学生的探究能力,运用小组讨论的方式,解决学*中出现的问题。

  3、合理运用教学媒体,巧妙整合内容。《观舞记》写的是有关印度舞蹈家舞蹈的魅力, 非常适合运用多媒体辅助教学,教学时我利用多媒体播放舞蹈《千手观音》以此导入,既激发了学生的学*兴趣,又再一次欣赏了,《千手观音》。在此基础上导入本课效果不错。

  4、课堂教学中注重创设轻松、愉快的学*氛围,点燃学生的求知热情,唤醒学生的学*潜能,用真诚的微笑,朴实的语言以及教育智慧与学生融合在一起,引导学生真正动起来,课堂真正活起来。

  5、学生自主学*意识强,有强烈的参与意识,能把自己融进学*的环境中,善于表现自己,乐于表现自己。

  二、教学是遗憾的艺术,在感觉有些值得肯定的同时,也有不少遗憾:

  1、由于时间关系,课堂上容量很大,但无形中也产生了脚步匆匆地感觉,像拓展延伸部分,假如时间允许,练*面完全可以再广一些,还有,这篇文章的语言很有特色,运用大量的比喻、排比来表现卡拉玛姐妹舞蹈的魅力,可以让学生充分讨论,体会语言特色。

  2、学生审美能力很差,缺乏深厚积淀。学生用自己的语言描述《千手观音》这个舞蹈时,出现无法用准确的语言进行描绘的现象,究其原因,一是对舞蹈艺术缺乏了解,二是学生语言比较苍白。这也是今后教学应该努力的方向。

  3、教学设计与学生的表现和理想相距仍有一段距离,自己期待的高潮和精彩往往难以出现,这说明教师自身应加强理论学*,提高自己的教育机智。
